Trust me, Easy Saver / ProFlowers is still at it (at least as of December 2009)! They charged my Discover card $14.95 per month without any authorization for several months before I caught it. I complained to Discover, who dealt with Easy Saver. Easy Saver told Discover they would send me a rebate, so Discover reversed the temporary credit they had given me initially. But I haven't seen any rebate from Easy Saver, so I'm back at square zero! Will call the number given in the other complaint. Amazingly shady practice in this day and age! read full review »

We contracted Amantez to photograph our Engagemant, Before the wedding, Wedding and Reception. Upon completion they were to provide us with a small photo book of individual engagement photos as well as a Large professional bound wedding book. The wedding was on March 8, 2009. In July 2009 we had to contact Amantez regarding picking the pictures for the Album. This is a home and commercial contractor who goes under numerous names. Has expired license in Washington state but still practices. Owner Araz Razzaghy installed $15000 worth of tile in our home improperly. We have tried for 1 year to get the problem resolved with no luck. I have a 2000 SeaDoo GTX DI. When I put the lanyard in it didn't beep. I took it to Michaels Cycle Works Inc. my local SeaDoo Dealer in Carson City Nevada. Warm Things is the worst company ever. They are unethical and are rated F by the Better Business Bureau. If you place an order online you will be charged immediately regardless of whether they have the merchandise. The employees that work there are immigrants with poor English skills so you will receive ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. They will not tell you that your order is delayed or any information at all. I had a call form Academy Collections and made 2 payments in June totaling $1, 600 and said that since I made these 2 in good faith I could then start making monthly payments in August. They told me okay and that I would receive a letter 7-10 days prior to anything being taken out. I wrote all this down, yet they took monies out in July - without notifying me - causing checks to bounce. I just had Ken Ray Flooring redo floors in my home. Not only was their work unprofessional but Ken Ray is the most unprofessional business man I have EVER worked with. This company, Tri Universal, sell auto cleaning products at has stations. Beware! When I got mine home, the spray bottle was lacking a button and was therefor unuseable. I mean all of them. Then they are nowhere to be found. The cans have something in them, but its worthless. I have been a customer of qwest for about 12 years. I did not pay my bill on accident and without a notice of diconnection they turned off my services. Did I mention that it was during the holidays! What I went through to reconnect was a joke. My due date for my bill is the 6th, well come jan. 13 and I was disconnected again. 7 days after due date without a call or writing notice and now they charged me 21.00$ to reconnect.
