The company does not terminate your services after you issue a notice as per their policy. It confirms account closure on phone via customer service, but actually does not terminate your account & continues billing you. It then sends you a bill months ahead asking for payment & when you show them evidence of your notice & all dues paid up it forces you to pay by sending you their lawyers notice. I have a huge issue with Google and Google-bot not indexing well formatted XML (FTML). Even with out the html doc type declared, Google will still assume html and not treat the file/page as xml. After being offered a position at T3 Communications and relocating out there, a previous employee who had been out on disablity shows up wanting her job back. Farber conversion of Winnebago vehicle as an employment center pretty much a failure. The vehicle is filled with low quality components and inappropriate RV features such as a large, conventional TV set in the driver's cabin (unit never worked, came loose and had to be removed), ugly and heavy oak trim (on a work vehicle?), poor quality doors and compartment fittings which broke immediately, and the list goes on. I recieved a check today(5/7/09) from the winners co. inc. The check has a Mrs. Winners logo in the top left-hand corner with an address from Atlanta GA beside the logo. The check is for 4, 775 dollars and the letter with the check says i, ve won 250 thousand. this check is to pay the applicable taxes of 2, 950. It claims that i will receive the balance after the taxes are paid. the letter said to not cash the check until i called. I was parked in the Zellers parking lot on 30 Sept, 10. I returned to my vehicle at 1700 hrs and noticed a Zellars cart in the side of my car!. My vehicle is a 2008 Mazda 3 GT (I bought it brand new in 2007!)I am still paying on this vehicle! There is a dent approx 1 inch in diameter with a scratch and paint transfer from the cart. On Monday evening November 1, I purchased the above-mentioned duvet cover set to include 1 Duvet Cover and 2 Pillow Shams. When I arrived home I opened the package to find the pillow shams were missing. In the evening of November 3, I returned to Customer Service and asked for a discount for missing pillow shams. I could not believe how they treated our stuff! It was like a rat race to get us out of the house! This employer is taking advantage of the 90 day trial working period that is set by MA state employment laws. NPWS in Worcester hires people, only to let them go before the 90 day period. This PowerMed Discount company (thru Atomic Processing) debited my mother's ck. acct. on 10-4-10 for $389.00 for a "renewal med. discount service". I disputed this charge and was told by Atomic Processing Company on 10-8-10 that my mother's ck. acct. would be refunded in 10-15 days. What is my re-course?
