Do not buy from this guy. I paid 13K for carpet which he never delivered and feels so sorry for himself because he used my money to pay bills. He is now operating under an LLC so that his social security number is not connected to the new business: Tiles and Timber. THe old one was under his SS# as a sole proprietor. Found an attractive wicker crate for my lab/collie. Per dogkennels.com recommendation for breed size, I ordered (1) XL Mr. Herzher's Rhino Wicker Pet Residence for lab/collie for $289. The website does not say anything about the product being unfit for animals that chew. Nor does it indicate that the verticle bars on the side are 4 1/2 inches wide with no horizontal bars to keep the animals from partially getting out. I have also recently been the victim of a scam involving a company called Tele circuit/USBI. My phone company is AT&T and handle all my telephone communications needs with AT and T. Somehow, Tele Circuit hijacked my phone service so to speak, and is charging me for calls that I would have to pay any per minute charge for with my AT and T calling plans. To make matters worse, when I contacted At&T the representative was kind enough to take the thrid party charges off my AT and T bill. After signing up for access to advertise for Google, no usable infromation was provided and a couple weeks later a deduction of $69.90 was made from my account. After calling DRI or corporate office (as the operator said) I was forwarded to some unhelpful call center where they said did you cancel within the trial period? Since this was not the case they said "we'll meet you half way on the reimbursement". If this happens to a few thousand people, getting $34.95 from each one could be quite profitable. We contacted R. Poust Heating to repair our heating unit. We advised them at this time that the unit's limit switch had been broken off and that the heat was now not working at all. A technician arrived the next morning, got the unit working again and advised that "the Limit Switch seems to be OK", and that "the thermostat needs to be replaced for the summer months". Beware of the customer service policies of this web based seller of emergency lighting operating out of California. In Feb of 06 I bought some emergency lighting for a farm home we are renovating in Ocala, FL. The lights were installed shortly thereafter but never energized - tested and the trim plates were not installed. I find their advertising to be "gross" and inappropriate. It has black silhouette forms of men and women - cowboys and large women with hair extensions - dancing and gyrating across their ad. Over the Christmas holidays (2008), I purchased a "Classic Coffee Cake Pan" made by Nordic Ware Inc, 5005 Hwy 7, Minneapolis, MN 55416. The second time I used it, I removed my coffee cake from the oven and filled the pan with water to soak. After I arrived at home and took a couple of bites of the salad I realized there was missing tomatoes. I went back and the manager [refused to give his name] informed me that the Roman Salad does not have tomatoes. I showed him the sign that showed tomatoes under the Roman Salad, but he did not care.
