I purchased Surfaces brand carpet from Lowe's Home Improvement store on November 11th 2003, I was told on that brand of carpeting I would have a ten year warranty on the wear of the carpet and was told nothing else, three years later my carpet looks as if it is 20 years old carpet. After purchasing my carpet I also purchased a $250 carpet cleaner to maintain my carpets. There are some serious problems WITH THE DVD (NOT WITH THE EXERCISE SYSTEM ITSELF) that consumers need to be aware of, or injury can ensue: In one critical exercise, the instructor has us holding the bar with our hands (in many of these exercises, the exercisor leans back while holding onto the bar.) I have used the service station at 100 N. Gun Barrel Lane and Hwy 334 in Gun Barrel City Texas many times. When I turn on the pump the meter registers $.02 or more before I even start to pump Gas. The only thing great about Version Wireless is their coverage. Customer Service is very very poor especial their stores. They lie more then a used car salesman. I have yet to hear from the company or to see the dvd set I ordered. I have e-mailed Dazzle DVD approximately 5 times with no response. I purchased a headboard on line from a company called 'Crazy about kids.com'. I purchased this bed back in July of '06. They estimated the shipping would take 3-4 weeks. I waited the time and received nothing. I started getting nervous when I started calling and emailing the company, and could not reach anyone by phone, or to respond to my emails. I recently ordered an item from Young Explorers.com. They had told me it was on back order until the 4th of February. That was okay because my grandson’s birthday was the 10th of February and I thought that would still give them time to wrap it and mail it. When the gift hadn’t arrived, I checked to see why. I was told that it was now on back order until Aug.2009. I was not notified and they were rather insensitive to my dilemma. In fact, the supervisor told me to go to the store and buy a gift. My family has lived at these apartments for 14 years now. I had lived there for 12 out of the 14 years. The apartments are great for families, and seniors. Last year a husband and wife became managers of the property and everything started to go down hill for everyone. The complex looks dirty and none of the maintenance request get done on time or with in reasonable time. I would like to make a complaint about a Bed and Breakfast in San Antonio, TX. 78212. The Inn-Keeper was rude and unprofessional. The service was horrible, they charged me for two nights when I only stayed one, because the beds were rock hard, the walls were falling in and the area was in the projects, which we were unaware of until we got there. We were offered drugs the next morning at the bus stop two blocks from the Bed and Breakfast. I told the inn keeper that I would report him to the BBB and the chamber of commerce and said that he did not care. Please let me know what can be done. read full review »

They said that they would call on that Thursday but they did not. I am one of 32 employees (in Florida) and none of us have received our W-2 from the company that manages our payroll, Frank Crum. The company claims the W-2's were postmarked by the 31st and there isn't anything they can do about the untimely delivery. We were asked to wait 10 days before requesting a duplicate W-2. Her daughter, who is away in college, had chocolate cover strawberry send to her Mom at work, but it wasn't delivery until 5:15 after she left from work, They called her, but was verrrry rudddee, she didn't need this. This company fails to provide the support for their product as promised verbally and in writing. As advertised on their web site “Lifetime "No Hassle" Repair or Replacement” I phoned in my service order in December 2006 for a broken pane. It is now February 2007. I have been promised the replacement was on Monday’s truck for two months. Their Service Technicians do not return calls and the service provided to the customer after the sale is sub satisfactory. I was in Bed, Bath, & Beyond today and tried to make a $5o purchase by check, but it was declined by Certegy check verification services. I did not understand because I had a large balance in my checking account. The Certegy rep told the clerk that I was a high risk and not to accept my check. The clerk then handed me a number to call the Certegy automated help line.
