My husband contacted Mary by phone in late August 06 in regard to having her cover a novelty helmet in leather. We ourselves purchased a helmet and included a $90 dollar money order and a photo. My complaint is against Chuck's Electric of Brentwood, California. In June of 2006, Chuck was working on a neighbor's house when he dropped a service line on my vehicle and dragged the wires across the vehicle scratching it in multiple locations. I read with interest the complaint by Dan Snedigar that his Skagen Slimline men's watch crystal failed on him twice. We have had the exact same failure with our slimline watch. The crystal cracked for no apparent reason. The replacement cost is $30, but after reading his complaint, we question that wisdom of dumping money into a product that has a innate failure in the crystal... what is the point. Above names are all linked. You find yourself accidently enrolled. Have no enrollment information, no ID # no password and you call to un-subscribe. You may have ordered a product from the internet and they take your credit card info and deduct monthly payments from your account. They have an answer service but you never can find out how to cancel what ever membership they say you have. The only way out would be to change you credit card info. Since taking occupancy in July of 1996, I've had several complaints, some of which were addressed to my satisfaction and some that were not. I purchased an MP3 player for my son for Christmas 2006. It was a model H100. Before New Years Day it had froze up and we couldn't get it to work. We booked a room thru this company at the Sunset Fisherman Resort & Spa in the Riviera Maya, MX from January 18th thru Jan 23rd. We received their e-mail confirmation on 8-18-06. Attached is an email I received from a restaurateur in Park City. Billing themselves as the most romantic dinner in Utah, I decided to give it a try. I purchased 4 Aerobeds for Christmas gifts for each of my children and one to keep at my house as a guest bed. My children travel quite a bit and I liked the idea of them having a bed to take with them wherever they go. I used Flat Rate Carpet in Brooklyn. Well not really, they never showed. When I called later, I asked simply if they had a problem why didn’t they call me. Here I was waiting and waiting and wait.
