I am writing to complain about my recent experiences with CallingCard.com. I purchased $20 of minutes as a trial. I have been keeping track of my minutes and calls. Three times I have had to contact them to discuss why my minutes used do not match their minutes used. Each time I called I was passed back and forth from one number to another. I signed up for a diet-fitness program on the internet at 'thebestlife.com' web site. I selected the option to use the service - and gave my credit card # to be billed. The policy on the internet indicates I have a 10 day trial period and can cancel within 10 days to get a refund. When I first moved to Florida in 2002, I chose Great Florida Insurance to provide me with insurance coverage on my vehicle. Thoseshirts.com sells specialty tee shirts over the internet. They're located in Traverse City, Michigan. I'd placed an order with them 12-31-06 & have already gotten the merchandise BUT at the same time, I'd submitted an original idea to have printed on their shirts. On the form it says that IF the idea is accepted, the originator will receive $200 for their idea as well as 2 or 3 shirts with the message on the shirts. Ordered a set of dvd’s from this company. Total run around. They will not answer their phone. They do not respond to voice mails. They do not respond to e-mails. They also do not respond to faxes. I never rec’d my order that I place on 12-5-08. When they replaced gutters and downspouts they did not clean up when finished, leaving dirt and nails and sharp metal fragments on the ground and lawn. I did not complain, just decided never to reccomend them to others.Their invoice for the work included a note that "we also need 2 3x4 adapters". These have not been provided. Yesterday my husband rented one of those Rug Doctor Carpet cleaners. He waited patiently while the young checkout girl fidgeted with the rental instructions as a large line formed behind him. We purchased a 12x24x8 garage in a box in June of 2004. We purchased it for extra storage and to use at our sons graduation party. It was great. This October on a windy day the all weather cover tore and ahs ripped right off. The frame is still in the same place we anchored it. But the canvas covering is all torn. I am writing to complain about the horrible mess on the canal path at the rear of Tesco's branch at Tring Road in Aylesbury, Bucks. I was lead to believe that this person was in love with me and wanted to be with me. They guarantee you get approved. The problem is, if you have decent to bad credit, They will tell you have to have to make insane payments over 4 months before receiving the product that you are purchasing. My apt kitchen caught fire 11-24-06, and the found it to be grease fire. The problem is that the stove was not a new stove when I moved in and they did not investigate properly, management did not have a technician look at the stove. I believe it was electrical problems within the stove. I bought a 200.00$ remote control car & right out of the box it would not work, called the store and Jack said bring it in for a store credit, I was happy and thought wow this guy is a stand up person, drove 50 miles to the store and got the run around for about a half hour then he suggested I was at fault for a problem with this product. I purchased a '99 Bayliner Trophy with a '00 150ELXPTO S-W Mercury from MacDonald Marine (Frankfort, MI) on 05-21-05. This boat and motor were estimated to have between 30-40 hours use. I phoned this business on 5/11/09 to speak with someone about a sprinkler repair. Candace was so rude and snotty to me that it was impossible to get someone knowledgeable on the phone or to get a return phone call. I asked to speak to a manager and the 'field manager' was just as bad. This place is completely unprofessional and rude. I own several properties around Denver and have never been treated so bad by the office people of a service business. Michael and Tracy Farley operating under Farley Service Company are not true to their word at all. They were hired in February to do a extensive renovation on our homes first floor. I returned a defective fry pan to them. I sent it certified mail. They received it. Two months later, no replacement pan and no response to my inquiries. When you offer a warranty that you don't intend to honor, and people buy under the pretense that the warranty is valid, this constitutes fraudulent inducement. This is a felony. My family and I have been using Oasis Florist for over twenty years. They have always been more than friendly. Every arrangement we have sent looks more expensive than what we paid for. I visited Zips for the 1st time on Saturday 3/14/09. I don't know why it happened but about 1/2 way through the tunnel my car stopped moving and I felt the left side raise & drop as the mechanical "Feet" on the conveyor rolled out from under my car. 1.Back in December 2008 I approached Plan for some Vans, the lady that got my order was as good as gold but just before I got the Vans, I received a call to tell me that 1 of the vans had crashed. CellularChoices.net internet cell phone company. Above named company failed to pay rebate of $80.00 on a phones purchased. Terms of rebate are too difficult to meet, I would bet a very low percentage of customers actually get thier rebate. Ex: one must submit a copy of the phone bill which shows services between 180-210 days only.
