Foley's Department Store
Trevor April 21, 2009
Purchased 10 piece Faberware, which was on sale for $99.00 (regular price $199.00). Purchased at Foley's Department Store, in Baton Rouge, LA., on Florida Avenue, January 27 or 28. (We have just relocated to Charlottesville, VA (one month ago). The lids, retain cooking fluids and washing fluid underneath the rim. I have found no way to remove this fluid-water-moisture which seems to stay under the rim and as I turn the lid, the fluid can be seen. As I see it, this cannot be a healthy way of cooking, placing this lid back onto food... read full review »

Suddath
drickrol April 20, 2009
When we were moving from Tenafly NJ to North Carolina we were sold on what sounded like a great moving company. United Van LInes uses Suddath for relocation. We were packing ourselves but were told that each box and item (ex. couch, table, chair) would have a numbered sticker, that number was written down and checked off as it went into their van. In North Carolina when everything was supposed to be unloaded no one was checking the list to see that everything was accounted for. As we worked on unpacking we realized that one box was missing and... read full review »

Geealogy -Search - Login record
Ginnie Wilcox April 20, 2009
I agree with Paula. Login etc. Genealogy-search is a scam... I was looking for information on almost anything imaginable. I paid the 19.95 +4/95 ++ending up at 39.95. Then, when I tried to get on board none of my username or passwords worked. No access at all. Clikbank has already shown that they are scammers. You may sign up with them and do the same stunts. Another too good to be true. read full review »

USBI-Mainstreet Tephone Co.
mozman75 April 20, 2009
So i got my monthly phone bill today (4-20-2009). I opened it up and looked at how much was due and put it down. Thought about it, looked bill over again and noticed an extra page with charges totalling 15.22 from Mainstreet telephone company (USBI). I have no idea what this is for i have never seen it before. I called the 1-888-480-8724 number listed in the corner and surprisingly was put right through. I spoke with a "Tony" and asked him what this charge was for and he stated that my fiancee had ordered a calling card online, I told... read full review »

My boyfriend and I went in this past weekend to purchase some spring slacks and other men's accessories. The first time we stopped in, no one offered to help us, we had to ask associates first for help. Finally we got to the checkout line ready to purchase, and when the clerk swiped my boyfriend's checkcard, the credit card machine said it was an error reading the card. The clerk asked the clerk next to him to help, and she said the machine says "card error". Note, they never said the card was declined or anything, just card... read full review »

One Shot Photography Services
Rosie Glaz April 20, 2009
We met with Danielle Broschinsky to discuss using her as our photographer for our wedding. She needed to build her portofolio, and we were looking to save some money. She offered to take pictures free of charge if we allowed her to use our pictures in her portfolio, she told us how expensive photographers were and wanted to "bless someone" with this gift. We were thrilled, of course. Well, it's been 13 months since our wedding, and we have yet to receive our wedding photos. We've made several attempts to contact Danielle, she... read full review »

Verizon Wireless Broadband
Sunshine April 20, 2009
I purchased the Verizon Broadband service on 3/2/9 after being on Dialup for several years because other than the devil that is Comcast, no other highspeed is available in my area. I was so impressed with the service, until we came to the last week of the billing cycle and noticed that the usage meter was 2-4 days behind. We knew we were close to going over, so we stopped using it and by the end of the cycle had accumulated 102 MB over the 5 GB allowance. I was told by the sales rep after going through what we do, email, Facebook... read full review »

Beware Schwan's employees and future risk takers! Schwan's benefits are not what you think they are. After paying for coverage for over 5 years and being told by the company that they pay for half I have just found out that is not true. I have just purchased a 'family' policy for less than what they charged me for an 'employee' policy. And with much better benefits!!! If I had signed up for a 'family' plan with Schwan's then I would be paying less than half for a 'family' plan as an... read full review »

Best Chemical Lawn Care
Winston April 20, 2009
Like the other reports you might read about Best Chemical Lawncare in Spring Texas, I have had similar experiences. It started with my wife getting the usual telemarketing phone call selling their services with a special if we acted today. My wife asked the caller to call back when I was home. I took the call later that evening and they told me about all of the wonderful specials they had going on. I told the caller that it sounded good but I had my qualms about paying for the whole job at once. At first she said this was the only way... read full review »

I will never again enter a Dick's Sporting Goods store. I went to Dick's looking for a very specific bicycle for myself that was advertised in the Saturday newspaper Ads. When I came recently to renew at the 3 months rate, I was told that ' the 2 free months only applied to the 12 month's rate, 'and he, the owner would have never said this [offering 2 months free at any rate], and 'see: he put the 12 month stipulation in... read full review »
