One of the units developed a clicking sound when it oscillated. I took it back and exchanged it for another one. After a few minutes it developed the same clicking problem. We purchased the plant two days ago (Sunday April 3rd). On Tuesday April 5th, we tried to return the plant as it was droopy as soon as we returned home on Sunday. Once an apparently genuine internet marketing company, run by Bryan Winters, now just a scam. They will take your subscription but will not respond to any request for cancellation. The only way I could get out was to cancel my credit card so they couldn't steal my money any longer. Be very wary of using these guys to move. They came across as very professional leading up to our move which was across the country. Delivered our stuff in a somewhat reasonable time frame with various items damaged which is not that unexpected.
