It took me over half an hour to resolve the unsolicited charges on my phone bill, $29.90, for "enhanced services", whatever that is. Until now, I had never heard of the company and certainly did not authorize any services from them. I believe it started when i received an unsolicited Text Message(or make that two). Thinking they were from either my wife or daughter, i opened it, just to find that it was some advertising for some game codes, or something to that effect. I didn't select or click on anything. I don't believe i even scrolled all the way down the text, just saw the first lines. When I was quoted for my move they said they assured me that if my belongings were insured for damages, . Insurance was covered under the fee charged for moving. I received my dinning room broken and pieces missing. After several e-mail and phone calls to make an insurance claim to cover the damages, they did nothing . I purchased an Alltel family circle plan and 4 cell phones from Letstalk.com in early Dec. 2008. The Letstalk website, and the receipts I received from them, all indicated that the Activation charge was FREE. However, when I got my first bill from Alltel, it included a $25 activation fee for each phone. I have spent considerable time on the phone with Alltel and have so far been unable to resolve this issue. I will not pay the fee. Alltel is threatening to suspend my service. Just purchased 4 GE Profile appliances from Crate & Home. Well designed website, competivive prices on all items and much better pricing on 3 of the 4 versus home depot or lowes, plus free shipping. Order was confirmed right away and a representative from Crate & Home called me to say when shipment would take place and that the driver would call me the day before with delivery time, which they did. Where to begin? First, it's my fault for not checking out this fraudulent company from the start on ResellerRatings. I ordered some UV paint and some UV additive for my water-cooling set-up for a total of about $50.00. I wanted to get access to this website for the $5 dollars they said it would be for a lifetime. I read the term and conditions on the website and proceeded to secure checkout. I gave them my bank info, then i recieved 2 charges for $39.73 each. I went back to Filefortune.com to investigate. Easy Saver charged me for 4 months before i noticed the money missing. It took me an hr to find out who did it. Call 18003551837 to get customer support since they dont have a website or any info online AT ALL!!! Tell them you want it canceled and your money back. HORRIBLE!!! STAY AWAY FROM COST CENTRAL!!! I placed an order over the phone, was assured that it would be processed and sent out that day, and delivered by the date I needed. They did not do what they said, would not even remotely admit that they had given me wrong information when I placed the order, and would not offer to do anything to resolve the situation. I had to cancel the order because it would have been delivered too late by that point. I just recently bought from this company, and I have to say I agree with almost everyone else that it was a BAD choice! On thier page for the Olympus D-460 Zoom digital camera it clearly states that it comes with an industry standard 8 MB smart media card, and the price is $249. This was a great price so I placed my order. The next day a sales representative calls and says that it is out of stock and it will come in 3 weeks. I will never do business with this vendor again. I purchased a mobo / cpu from them at a computer fair and had three defective units before they were able to send me a working one. Which I made them test first, and then hand deliver to me at a computer fair. They tech support was horrible because nobody spoke fluent english and nobody knew anything about what to do. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. This company does not keep any items in stock, rather just drop ships to you from vendors. This process in reality takes 7 to 10 days. If you have weeks to wait to receive items, go ahead and order. If you are on a deadline they will never make it, and then charge you a 15% restocking fee if you have to return the items because you were forced to order them from another company that actually cared about customer service. Customer Service Representatives must be told or trained to be as rude and condescending as possible. I placed an order with them for some keyboards on 11/17/06 (paid by credit card, they got payment that same day) and we still have not received our order (it is now 12/6/06). I had a very poor experience with Coolerguys.com. I had asked for the RMA number to return a keyboard for a refund. By by the time I had received an RMA number, the fellow indicated that it was beyond the 30 days, and had to go to the factory in China. It was only a $30 keyboard, and they refused to return it for a refund. In addition, when asked if I can talk to someone by phone, my request was not acknowledged with even a courtesy of a return email. I have never had a worse experience with a company. I ordered a Matrox G400 Max via Second Day Air but they shipped an Asus Motherboard via UPS Ground. I contacted them several times via email but they did not respond. I contacted them by phone and arranged for return and refund. Two weeks later I still had not received a refund so I contacted them again by phone and was told they would credit my card immediately. Two weeks later I still had not received anything from them. I ordered the MMX Universal adapter (CM175-UNIV) from them and did not receive it for more than two weeks. When I contacted them seeking an explanation for the delay, none was offered. The e-mail responses consisted of one line that ignored most of my questions. My multiple requests for a shipment tracking number were ignored as well. Their international order creditcard check sucks. 4 days after ordering I got an email that they charged my card with a small amount and I must tell which amount. The creditcard company gives me ones a month a transaction summary and does not give information by telephone or email, so I must wait 5 weeks. The alternative is to fax them a copy of my pasport or driver licence with the front and back of my creditcard. No way. On 9/16 they call me to say it is back-ordered until 9/23 and if this was OK, I said yes I would wait a week. The support from the Business Care Center, Customer Care Center, Santa Ana (CA) Corporate store, and the Premier Web Order Center is horrific. I am very annoyed about the delay in the relase date for the sims 3, I have made a countdown for 20th of february and prepared my computer for the game by deleting files and creating space. Me and My Friend have been so excited about it and we've been talking non stop . And then we fount out that the release date had ben delayed .
