I have had Digis Internet for 6 months and it has been a nightmare the entire time. I have been searching for another provider for months now and hope I am not stuck with them. Digis advertises amazing speeds for a cheap price. I agree with the other complaints that have been logged, but I have a new one I want to express. I am paying for the 7mb plan which is an additional $10/month. I was excited to move up from the 5mb plan because that plan was too slow. I was actually only getting about 1.5-2mb. I purchased a used vehicle at Metro Auto Wholesale (see complaint), and was channeled to this finance company. On the day of purchase I fully insured the vehicle through my auto insurer. Proof of insurance was sent to Central Finance. After a few months of making my regular payments, I received a notice from Central Finance stating they were adding an insurance policy to my contract as they reported having incorrect vehicle information in their records. I visited my doctor 1/21/2009, and upon presenting the receptionist with a check for my deductible, it was denied by TeleCheck. I was totally befuddled because there were enough funds in the account to cover the $40 deductible. First off, if you google map 'No Limit Movers, DC' You will get FIVE separate addresses and phone numbers. Sketchy point #1. They are all the same horrible company. I was on craigslist and found an ad for 2 guys, $75/hour. A lot of other moving companies seemed kind of sketchy because they didn't have an answering machine, or no one picked up the phone. Dale Campbell came to our small paint your own ceramic studio and convinced us to buy a full page advertisement in a coffee table book. He interviewed us and said he would have his 'writers' work up a story for us. The story was done very poorly - entire content - so we rewrote the story and sent it to them. I received a call from this company stating that my credit card had been used by accident to sign up for some promotions offered by their company. This agent, Arron Butler, claimed he was a supervisor and was giving me a courtesy call in order to get the charges stopped before they reached my account. He told me it gets hectic in this telemarketing environment and the agent that was at fault was to go back into training. Since then we have tried calling, faxing and emailing with no success. Phone line keeps ringing, fax number is out of service and no response from the email. we have a small business and relied on Bell's expertise to recommend various plans to suit our needs. The land lines have been ok however the cellular phones and plans have been a nightmare. We have been with them for 4 years our average phone bills are over $1000 per month. The cell plan has been changed many, time as every60-90days we get a call about a new plan that will save us money however it never does and just jabs us for a new connection fee. I have really good credit and no outstanding loans, but when I applied for a payday loan through this company my application was rejected and I got TONS of spam emails all of the sudden. Before you apply they make you check a box to receive their 'offers' and I found out what that really means! It's ridiculous they make you sign up for the offers to apply. I did some more research on this company and it's not even a licensed payday company. It's run by Landing Media LLC which seems like an advertising company. I suggest trying other payday loan companies if you value your privacy and security. read full review »

i have a hampton bay remote ceiling fan that i had to find repacement bulbs for. first went to Home depot, who gave me this 800 number to call for Hampton bay. we gave them all the appropriate no.s to the light bulb and still have not heard a thing from them. its a spear bulb which has a square base so it is unusual. they originally told me it would be no problem finding the right bulb with the no. on top of the motor, all i get when i call is this persons answering machine. this co. is a pain in the butt. we are in our late 80's and communication is everything to us. read full review »

i have recieved a letter from a debt collection agency informing me that i owe £149.68 after a heated telephone conversation i was informed it was a charge for non return of the equipment ie the modem.i explained that i had never recieved any request for this equipment only to be told that they did not have too.it was written in the terms and conditions.to which i replied would it not be common courtesy to inform some one of this especially as it is approximately two years ago.does anybody have any experience of this. cheers read full review »

I believe this is a scam. I only ordered a sample for 3.97. I n comes the mail with a 79.90 charge to my account in 2 days...then 34.95 charge in March. I was very satisfied with the outcome of the entire process; from the scheduling of the move to the actual move itself, everything had gone smoothly. The representative I spoke with during the booking process was very informative and had answers to all of my questions. I ordered what I thought was two protective screens for garmin nuvi 760GPS units for $12.95. $16.35 was billed for this order, including $3.40 shipping. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR BUYBACK.. they lie. I sent in two very good books...one they say heavily stained and the other missing pages. These books were both normal college used texts. NO pages were taken out and no stains were on them. They were very good condition. So after I sent them in I cannot file any claim to return my books. TERRIBLE. Use textbooksrus or another service. Stay away from this Vendor!!! The worst customer experience that I have ever had. I attempted to cancel my order immediately after I placed it realizing that I purchased the wrong item. I was only able to contact them by email. I was informed that it was too late to cancel (immediately after ordering). And I had to refuse delivery or return it after it was delivered. Horrible company, went out of business apparently while leaving many customers hanging after they sent payments but obtained no product. I myself purchased a wii bundle package on February 15th 2008.
