Prompt shipment but wrong parts. I ordered StarTech SNT127A mobile racks which are made of metal. Without checking with me they shipped Lian Li plastic mobile racks which are not compatible with my other Startech products, Wrote feedback requesting information, no response as yet, so have now requested an RMA number. A quick check would have clarified this before shippment. I am a very dissappointed customer (probably ex customer). If I receive an RMA number, I can ship these back being out time, energy, and shipping both ways, but they will make a small profit on the shipping and HANDLING charges. I placed an order on Monday, September 8 and received my frames on Friday, September 12. The speed of delivery was amazing! The qualifty was good -- I'm no expert on frames -- but they look good to me and satisfy my purpose. The only complaint I have is regarding the assembly. My wood frames were fully assembled, but I wish they would drill the holes in the back of the frames to accomodate the screws/clips needed to secure the art in the frame. I ordered a pair of earbuds a while ago and only one side worked. I emailed and tried to call the company but got no response. In January, I ordered another kind of earbuds and a FM transmitter car kit. The earbuds came and these work much better, but the car kit never arrived. I kept waiting thinking it was coming in a separate box. I have since emailed 3 times and tried to call them. The phone number does not appear to work and again, got no response from my email. I ordered one SCSI CD-R drive which was bundled with the Adaptec CD-Creator software and the wire to connect the CD-R drive to the sound card. After weeks of research, I finally ordered a ProStar 5604 laptop through AmazingLaptops.com. I've only had the laptop for a couple of weeks, but so far the machine is excellent, with all the bells and whistles I'll need for several years to come. Terrible customer service. Purchased a piece of luggage. Charged same day but received about a week later. Didn't use it for about 3 weeks because I wasn't traveling but when I did travel I realized the luggage was terrible constructed and/or defective. The wheels make the entire rolling mechanism useless. Called Altman but they told me I was outside the 30 day return policy and they refused to do anything -- repair, replace, or refund. They had me send them much info from my computer, but never sent me the fix as they said they were going to "in the next 30 minutes" -- that was five days ago. I bought the above mentioned item and have never used it. It is a portable power source (charger) which is to be kept in a 'charged state' to be used in case of emergency. THE PROBLEM IS THAT THE UNIT DOES NOT HOLD A CHARGE, THEREBY RENDERING IT A$100.00 DOOR STOP. I bought an expensive pair of prescription bifocal glasses, with clip on sunglasses. Less than two years, the frame snapped at a joint. I paid to have the frames replaced. Less than 1.5 years later, the new frames broke at a joint (obvious design flaw). They would do nothing about it. I placed an order from Bloom Depot on 12/22 to be delivered on 12/24, I even paid for shipping to make sure they were in by 3pm. The flowers were for a person vacationing and needless to say never got there until 12/26. The flowers were supposed to be for a NY address and I followed the FedEx tracker and they were sent to TN, then to NJ, and finally to NY.
