Worked for company as independent subcontractor. I was hired to fabricate, finish and install a custom maple handrail. My company was to be paid in full at time of installation. The project was completed on August 22 2009. At that time Heath M. Slavin refused the bill and started to re-negotiate the original agreement between he and I. Since that time, I've carried the company to small claims court. I was awarded the entire judgement for unpaid invoices and all interest involved with the invoice. On 12/11/2009, I ordered on the internet for four different individuals. Every step had "free shipping" posted but when I looked at the page prior to submitting the order, it showed an individual charge for each order for a total of 57.80. I booked a rental car for one week in Italy at the end of September with a guaranteed rate. I picked up the car at the Rome airport and intended to return it there. However, the traffic was so bad I inquired in Chiusi if I could drop the car off there and take the train in to Rome. I was told by two different employees on two different occasions that there would be no penalty or drop-off fee. Imagine my surprise when I found my credit card was charged an additional $480, almost double the total cost. Hertz refused to budge. My complaint about Google resolves around their willingness to accept advertising from just about anyone. Anything to make a buck I suppose, the dollar being the corporate god. Intercall connect has the worst service support system. Once you sign up it's almost impossible to get through to their support lines. Never reveal your credit card number to this company. We got our house cleaned in September this year when we moved from our rental flat to own house. The husband-wife group came initially and convinced us of good cleaning service, and said that they would not touch oven, chimney, carpets etc. in kitchen and we still agreed. Mediacom Internet changed their email this week. Lots of troubles, I couldn't send email for 2 days. Many regular emails never did come in for those 2 days. I went to the local office today, 12-11-09 to complain. Of course they tried to feed me a line of bull. Basically My fairly new watch band broke, iam not a heavy watch user nor do i neglect my watches but the band on these type of watches seem to be made to break. This company is using Google as bait to entice people to sign up at their job site which is supposedly posting links for Google. Checks are/were shown on the website as having been paid by Google to consumers who sign up. I signed up for $1.97 through a Yahoo website. Three days later my credit card was charged $74.97 and a few days later another $19 plus was charged to my account. I did a payment of $85 in advance to block the time for truck and 3 men between 9 and 10 on 12/12/09. We had four men sent to us with an extra charge of $10 per hour for the additional person and they were sent at 2:00p.m. - about 5 hours later. The lady who I spoke to refused to let me know how long the delay would be for and she refused to pick up my calls after 11. Our Comcast appointment was missed and we will not have internet or tv till next Monday - 12/18/09.
