After making my purchase, I needed to use the bathroom in the store. I was told that the only bathroom on either level of the store was in the cafe. When I finally found the bathroom it had an "out of order" sign and tape across the entrance. I find it unfair that a store with as many customers as they have, and one that sells beverages, including coffee, on one of the busiest shopping days of the year does not provide one working bathroom stall for customers. Ordered gift online for husband. I entered a "Bill to" address and a "ship to" address. Office Depot shipped the package to the bill to address via UPS. I went on line to the Time Warner Arena in Charoltte's website to purchase tickets for the up coming AC/DC concert for 12/18. I purchased the tickets not 5 mintues after they went on sell. After installation on both a desktop and laptop the same problems occurred on both. Avanquest customer support has been non-existent. I have never been contacted despite numerous complaints. Calling tech support is even worse as they refuse to admit it might be the product, always saying that it is a computer problem (same problem on both) and refusing to offer help in any way. I purchased an AT&T 3G 881 USB wireless connect card and service contract 6 months ago. Traveled all over the country with it. Poor, slow, unreliable service. It periodically locks up my late model computer. Its 3:30 am local time. I just got done upgrading my firmware and software for this product. I tested the performance. Latency is 85 SECONDS, 30kbps download and 24 kbps upload. Showing 71db signal (good). There is nothing wrong with the hardware, the service is terrible. This service is more frustration that useful. I am VERY disappointed in T-Mobile's customer service representatives and their lack of knowledge and usefulness. I had an invalid call on October 29, 2008. In June 2008 I switched from Netzero dial up at $4.95 a month to DSL. I thought I agreed to $21.95 something a month for just basic service plus Norton Internet Security ( A real loser). I used a credit report company to find out my credit score before applying for a loan. I opened my c/c statement and discovered several other affiliated charges that I did not authorize. I had only intended to use their "free" offer to use it, the cost was $1.00. The other two charges were affiliated with each other as they are in Nevada, and almost share the same phone number. They both refer you to websites that run you in circles. Fraud Protection, which charged $4.95, and Credit Score Boost for $11.95. I would like to get my money back.
