This bill appeared on my telephone bill, which I have to pay, but I never talked with these people or authorized payment to them. According to At&t, I have to pay my telephone bill in full and deal with USCreditfind myself. They are closed on Sunday so I will see if I can get the charges removed on Monday (12-14-2009). On April 2, 2009, I recieved a letter from Asset Acceptance LLC stated that I could settle a account with Southwestern Bell of $769.00 by paying $163.00 to clear it from my credit history, so that I could find out who really used my name and Information in Texas to fraudulently create utility accounts. I ordered the trial pack and paid $9.95 shipping and handling. This trial was supposed to be for a 12 day period, then they charge your account for $99.10 for a 1 mos supply of cartridges and a charger, with a monthly follow on charge of $45 something for a 1mos supply of cartridges. Webfusion changed the IP address of my VPS without telling me. "We sent you an email" they said. It may well be in my spamfilter but even so they failed to transfer my 10 websites across to the new IP address. Result 10 of my most important websites were down for 18 hours. Utterly unacceptable. I read the fine print of this company, calling to cancel I found out that they are outsourced to an overseas customer service that will not tranfer you to the refunds department and only will deal with you through email. I only authorized UDS1.95 to be charged to my account. They billed me for four seperate charges and only allows a partial refund. One of their reps recruited me to sell Clear and Telecom products to companies. They promised the customers more than they could do or anything to get in their pockets and promised me that I was on this great pay plan. Failed to file a claim with insurance company. They had access to the same information that the hospital and doctors. It's all on the same data base. Cigna tells me that per their contract, they cannot bill me for services not claimed. Their attorney, says "that contract does not mean anything." Cigna continues to tell me that I do not owe the remaining bill. But, the small claims judge buddy ruled in Rad Ass favor. Apparantly the judge doesn't believe in contracts either. My company places an order with Godiva every year around the holiday season. I called in to place an order at the beginning of the week (Dec. 7-11) for 95 boxes of chocolates to be shipped to some of our referring doctors. This company is a real scam, they charge exhorbitant prices for phone service and long distance services. We inherited them as an exsisting vendor during an acquisition and I can't understand how they ever got the account & why no one questioned the outrageous charges they billed us for! For 3 months now I have complained to both American EVoice Ltd Voicemail and Verizon regarding unauthorized billing of 15.95 to a land line phone number that doesn't even receive phone calls!! Century Link, formerly Embarq, is the worst company to do business with. I have had phone service with the same company for 13 years. I missed last months payment and they shut off our phone, dsl and email accounts. The payment was a oversight and sent a check 4 days before the new due date. Century link is a total rip off and I would recommend using a different company for your phone service. So much for the December 2009 "seamless" upgrade of Mediacom Cable's e-mail service - down for 2 days now with no end in sight. Mediacom must be soooo overwhelmed - when you call their 800# they have an automated response that says, in effect, "don't call us ... where too stupid to fix this, but eventually we'll smack two rocks together enough to make fire!". Phone is under warranty, needed repair but I have to pay for repair. On 24 November 2009 my husband and I went to Menlyn shopping centre. We received a mailbox and post as an anniversary gift. When we received the packages, there wasn't any mounting material included. After my initial confusion, I figured it was a mistake a contacted the company. They explained that the mounting material was not included, even though the installation instructions clearly state that the material IS included. They have given us the run around for a while now. Think twice about Freightquote. Personally a very bad experience. About 6 weeks ago sent marble baseboard using freightquote. Because of the weight, the pallet was shipped to an AAA Copper designated drop site. About 11 baseboards were broken right in the center like a huge karate chop (cannot be a vein common to all strips because that would not occur virtually in the middle of every strip). Dave Spiggle of Lane Productions entered into written contract with Wayne Birkhimer to book the band Tease 5 shows in a period of 90 days. Only 1 booking took place. A request for the $500 deposit was made on July 4th when the 90 days expired and agreed upon by both parties. No refund was given. Many attempt have been made to get a refund and all attempts have failed. Mr. Spiggle was given 2 months to satisfy this debt or be sued. This company has been very unpleasant. We signed up for oil and then agreed to their service plan. Our oil furnace was not working. They sent someone out to fix it.
