Warranty Direct is a scam company. I spent $1300.00 purchasing their top of the line extended warranty. My altenator went out and was repaired by an authorized dealer. Coverage was in order, the part was a covered part, and the repair facility was an authorized facility...yet Warranty Direct DENIED the claim. S & M Repair of Goodland, Kansas is unethical, unprofessional, and overcharges customers. I broke down in Goodland, Kansas off I-70. This company advertises heavily on TV at this time of year. The web site is very deceptive. Lots of flashy popup specials, but no final tally or web page on which to confirm your order or check to see what you are really getting or your final costs. There is no place on the web site where a phone number or company contact information is listed so that you can cancel an order before it is shipped. Just a warning to anyone thinking of using these people. I booked an appointment with them 2 weeks prior to my move. I was not told I had to pay additional fees. First warning: The office manager calls the day before my move to reschedule to an earlier time (10am). Ok fine. The movers don't show up until 12:45. When I contracted with Web Hostingpad to host my website, they advertised 5 free subdomains included in the annual fee. Six months after I uploaded a subdomain, they billed my credit card $15. After I complained and compelled a refund, I could no longer update the website. I uploaded changes, but the changes did not copy onto the server, forcing me to find a new hosting service. On December 4th I took my Jeep to this station to have an inspection sticker put on. Zee Haidar, the owner, took my keys and drove my Jeep into the bay and performed the usual tests.
