We ordered an AMEX gift card and received confirmation on November 24th. When 10 business days were up I called the following three days asking where the card was. Was told all three times it was still on it's way and to wait an additional day. Finally on the 11th an agent admitted they didn't know where the card was and would have to reissue it. If you own an iPhone be careful not to lose it or in my case have it stolen. Fido will not replace that phone for anything less than $675 . Be careful with these guys. Unfortunately, they are the only water supplier in our location. So here goes, our water meter was read wrong in October and our average 30-40 dollar bill was 480 dollars. We had granite counter tops installed by Pietra Naturale, Inc. of Centerville, Ohio. The installation was very quick and the finished product shows it. Stove cutout is oversized and is visible. Piece behind the stove is uneven and is probably glued to the stove! The seaming is much poorer than I would have expected. Overall the quality of the fabrication and installation leaves plenty to be desired and is not on par with the cost. Lesson to any perspective granite customers: Do your homework.
