I believe: 1 company and 3 different names...?
Anyhow as soon as the money has been paid the trouble starts..., then their TOP salesman (mr. Odil) isn't willing to pick up the phone, and or reply to emails/ faxes.
We've got the car we purchased, initially the Title was missing which resulted in cancellation of shipment.
then we were promissed 4 new tyres or a 200 US refund of the loading which was done by our freightforwarder.
this never happend..
Anyhow not a lot of money, but they advertise themselves company with trained professional sales people...???

Happy Mothers
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Appalling customer service!! I purchased a bassinet from this company through Amazon earlier this year and it was recalled by the government in August due to infant deaths. The manufacturer of the product is no longer in business so the government called on those who sold the product to refund consumers. Many larger companies are, i.e. Target, Walmart, JC Penny, but Happy Mothers refused to offer a refund and stated 'we didn't make it, so we are not responsible.' Luxury Retreats
We experienced malfunctioning A/C in a Hawaiian home rented from Luxury Retreats. As an adjustment, we requested compensation but were only given a 5% discount on future rentals. When we indicated this was inadequate and requested a 5% payment, we were refused. They say they value customer service but failed to deliver. I ordered about $1000 products from this Chinese website www.i118.com because their ad are very attractive and tried to give consumer a healthy product impression. I understand that they are all made in China, but the quality are so cheap and bad. Few products broke in one week and some are not as good as what their ad says in the website. This company sells its products in multiples for discounts, but only gives a six month warranty. I purchased a total of six units from ABC to get the better pricing, and I keep these new kits ready for my printing needs. When I did attempt to refill my cartridge with a color toner refill kit, beyond that six month period, a wrong component in the kit made it not work at all. I purchased a nobelcom card to use from US to call Germany. the toll free no. they gave me didn't work: it was aither busy or got no answer.

It appears that is one of the ways Telus makes a profit. They put $211.00 cancellation fee on my credit card. I phoned in October and they agreed it was an error and would reverse the amount. It is now December and the reversal did not come through. I phoned again and the credit had not been processed. The first person told me that I would have to call the credit card company and initiate a dispute. I finally got a supervisor who told me that she would process the credit and I would have to wait 4 to 6 weeks for the credit to appear.

i have just been to ralphs and had a very unhappy experience. i wrote a check there as i always do and they said code E 142 they cannot except my check. I rented a system from Turning Technologies thinking that TurningPoint was a reliable service. The system provides real-time feedback from people in a business meeting. Well, the technician they sent was nice, but didn't really know his product. The worst part was that during the meeting the system would not work. Votes were not received even though people were voting.

CIC - Free Credit Report
Thought I signed up for the one annual free credit report. Next month I receive a bill from my credit card company with a MONTHLY service charge of $21.90 from CIC. CIC claims that when you sign up for the FREE credit report you are also consenting for them to charge you monthly for their services. When asked what their services are, they did not know!!! This guy is a fraud and a con. He feeds you a line about how he's made millions, and his program, products and company, (eco-green of course), including his "virtual office" are an investment of a lifetime. It is all a con. He didn't pay his employees, his company got evicted from the building, he owes his employees (who were all professionals, who quit their jobs to build the company only to find themselves unemployed and out thousands of dollars). I've ordered two items from DealExtreme. The first item came to me in about 2 weeks just like they said. It was defective and I was a little frustrated.
So I ordered a second item from them which never came. I became more frustrated this time and I emailed DealExtreme. They told me to please wait for a response from us while we look into the matter.

I called them to pick up my 12 y/o daughter & myself they said right away. Lies !!! I waited over an hour for them I repeatedly tried calling them they must have caller id they never picked up the phone of course.I had to walk with my daughter until I found a place that I was able to get another car service number and they were kind enough to pick me up. I called the next day to speak to the owner Max only to be hung up 3 times.
