Unbelieveable -- the UPS tracking website showed my package out for delivery at 8:00 am 7/10/09. The delivery showed on time unti 1:19 pm when it showed an exception and that "recipient rescheduled delivery for 7/13/09". This Marina is located below the Southern side of the Tappan Zee bridge I only have a 6.5 gal tank. I pulled up to their pumps to top off before heading towards Manhattan. They said they first need my credit card before I can pump gas. I can under stand that cause a big boat can just leave without paying. I ordered Patons Decor First Spring Varg yarn ($5.49) one skein. There was a $5.90 charge for shipping. What I received was First Spring Ombre. The Ombre is a different type of variegated yarn than the Varg. The yarn that is shown on their web site is called First Spring Varg, but they do not have the Varg in stock and only have the Ombre. BEWARE - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I asked a tenant to have a lock re-keyed or changed. THEY ARE AN ONLINE COMPANY, SO THERE IS NO WAY TO PHYSICALLY CONTACT THEM. I purchased a scooter from EVOsales, an internet based company. According to their policy all deliveries are 100% insured. When the scooter arrived it was damaged. I immediately called the scooter company and they told me to contact the insurance company. Charles McQueen came out and built a gate. He brought the cheapest and ugliest pieces of redwood he could pick out at Home Depot. He proceeded to put a gate together that was unevenly spaced. He mixed rough side with smooth side and left jagged splinter on the wood. He put one coat on it and thought he did the cooles job ever. I kept telling him his work was unprofessional. He kept giving me excuses. He tried to fix it and made it worse. You can see the nail marks and it is more uneven and the wood grain is still mismatched. CBM Damaged our SUV when we left it parked with them and took a 4 day cruise. They also left us standing for 2+ hours waiting for pickup after the cruise. No less than 3 of their shuttles refused to take us to their car because we were not on their pickup list. There were other people waiting too. A person identified to me as a sales manager told me that the vehicle had air conditioning. All I had to do was push the button. On the way home (70 miles away), I found that either the vehicle had no air conditioning, or it was broken. I received a brochure from this company in the mail. Having just moved in, we were looking for a landscaper, so we called. A man came over and gave me a very high estimate, but we wanted to get the property cleaned up, so we agreed. He never sent us an estimate and he never returned our numerous phone calls. I made the mistake of trying "Access4Free". I never used this service for one second, and yet they billed me $9.95!!!
