By removing it's customer service number it has basically said that it does not care about the people who have made them a multi billion dollar company. I ordered internet service through www.ComcastOffers.com and they sent me a confirmation email on March 2008 but on the email there were no link or informations about getting the $100 cash back rebate form. I called Comcast Offers 4 weeks later and asked where would I get the form for the rebate, no direct answers. Since I was not initially informed how and where to get the rebate form the representative told me ComcastOffers.com do not honor those rebates anymore. I bought a $32 replacement key for my F150 truck at Tom Wood Ford. Approximately 18 months later the top of the plastic key broke, preventing me from keeping it on my key ring. I took it to Tom Wood Ford, acknowledged it is a petty little thing, expecting a replacement key. I was told I could have one for $32 since this one is out of warranty. Musicians Friend has terrible customer service. I ordered a Toca conga set that was on sale from $500 down to $350 on the 17th of April. They shipped out some Mackie speaker instead. I had to send it back, and I had to wait until it got there until they sent out the correct product. I end up only getting one of the two congas. I call in and the guy wants me to SEND IT BACK AGAIN to exchange it on account of missing parts. This company installed an A/C air handler unit at my home in the spring of 2007, and charged me $2, 700. Less than six months later, the unit was not working again. I called Locke's and reported the problem and was told that they would have one of the owner's come to my home and perform a dye test to find the leak in my A/C unit. It took them four months to get to my home and perform the test. This morning, I dropped off my Mazda B3000 at Monro store 192 for oil, lube and filter change, brake inspection and tire rotation. Before I drove to the garage, I made marks on three of the four tires so that I can check the completion of the jobs. They were sent out by American Home Shield to look at my air conditioning unit because it was blowing hot air. I told the tech the first trip out that we think there was probably a leak instead he just charged it up and told us that AHS doesn't operate like that. We had to call them up again after it stopped blowing cold air. So we called J and L again days later and they concluded that we needed a new evaporator coil. AHS wouldn't cover it. Agora Solutions has billed us 2 months in a row now on Voice Messaging services we have never ordered!! Last month was a setup fee, and now, even after contacting them to cancel the service on our line, we have been billed again (their $ 8.23 monthly fee). WHAT is to be done? We are writing and sending them a letter. We are about to report them to whoever we can. After taxes and everything on the Agora Solutions (billed by 'The Billing Resource'), we pay an extra $10 on our bill. We are both out of work and cannot afford this scam! We tried to get warranty work done on our RV and had to travel 250 miles. we had an appointment and travelled from up north for the appointment they said they couldn't fix it that day and they had it for 10 days. When they said they were finished with it, they told us to pick it up that day, or they would charge us $35.00 a day until we picked it up we live 250 miles away, so we didn't get back down there until the next day. It took them 1 hour and 20 minutes to bring us our camper and the work they said was done was not. Terrible service department. read full review »

They are extremely unresponsive and they do not respond to Emails. Their people speak no english. Its no wonder since they are all located out of the country. They basically outsource your work to people on rentacoder, and guru.com for a few dollars while charging the client several thousand dollars. They sell you a package that would take a internet savvy person 8 to 10 hours a day to do for six months to get it up and running. They tell you a person with an 8th grade education can do this business. Don't believe what she says and then they will have another person call you to make an investment to make you more money. I had a yahoo account for over 10 years. In 2007 I subscribed with AT&T DSL high speed internet. When I was installing DSL, I responded yes to merge my yahoo. Now I found many issues with the merge. AT&T forces me to buy domain from their portal. I can't buy domain from yahoo anymore. Yahoo doesn’t move my existing websites to a new yahoo account. This is nothing but a scam! Unlimited downloads.com was what I thought I was getting. When the transaction was complete, they list 4 to 5 music services that you can download. I only heard of 2 of them, 1 being Limewire, which I chose, when you click download Limewire it states, " this is a free product, if you paid for this, you were scammed".
