I was on an U.S airways plane on July 23, 2010. My plane was a transferring plane from Dallas(DFW) to Washington D.C(DCA) all the way to New York(LGA). THEY SHOULD CALL THIS PLACE THE BROKENDALE LODGE. I rented a room for one night. checked into a filthy, disgusting, run down dump. Feces smeared on the wall, moldy towels with a used kotex pad in them. So help me God, this was the sickest room i have ever been in. I and my girlfriend took a cruise on the Celebrity Solstice on 7-11-10 to 7-18-10.We paid extra for the Aqua class to be able to receive upgraded meals in their specialty restaurant.I have an allergy to nuts and need extreme medical attention if ingested with them. The meals on the ship had an average of near %50 nuts in their entrees which limited my selection. I was recently sent to Owasso OK for a three week stay on business travel. After staying for two weeks at the Candlewood Suites I checked out early and moved to a nearby TownePlace by Marriott due to the unacceptable conditions of my room at Candlewood Suites. Upon arrival we were given the wrong room. We had paid in advance (Godzilla Fest) for a corner room King bed with a sleeper sofa & a view of the airport, since I have two small boys who love airplanes. On Dec. 27 we were in Mazatlan, Mexico and really having a great time with our family. The shuttle picked us up at the airport and provided transportation back to our hotel at the El Cid Beach and Marina Yacht Club. Your site classifies the hotel as a 3 star property, surprisingly! it does not have a 24 Hrs service which is a norm, the service is available only till 10.30 pm if they have any room service staff, which we were told twice at 9 pm that no boys were there to serve. Back in march, our family traveled to Florida on business. We arrived at the Marriott Courtyard, Aventura, Florida, late on the night of the 19th. I rented what was advertised as a lovely vacation rental on homeaway.com. The site displayed beautiful photos. The fee was $1, 400.00 plus a $100.00 cleaning fee and a $500.00 security deposit. First the cruise before us lost power coming into shore that made us behind that's ok so they could fix the problem. The check in was like you were a heard of cattle going to the market not using very good safety procedures. Checked in to the hotel with a travel discount coupon for two nights. Next morning stopped by front desk. Told them of some issues with room and left for the beach for the day. When I got back in the afternoon I was told I would have to move and pay $60.00 more a night. The only option they gave me was pay the new rate, or move out, which I did. Beware of this company. Chennai - Alleppey Express runs between these two locations daily and full to its capacity almost everyday. Still the facilities provided are pathetic with age old compartments, stinking toilets, torn seats etc etc. I travelled by this train on 29th of September from Chennai central to Alwaye.
