I wished I would have seen all these complaints about Travelocity before I made my reservations. Travelocity will scam you for all the money they can get. I made a hotel reservation for three nights. The site said neither theyn or the hotel would charge for any changes, if the changes were done more than 24 hours prior to arrival. I called to change to two nights rather than three nights. Booked hotel in Paris with Hotelcollect.com and credit card money taken by Moss Travel. Arrived in Paris on Saturday 22 May 2010. Hotel had no knwoledge of the booking or the company. The phone number given by the company went to a full mail box. Tried to contact them today and phone answered by a different company.
Had to find another hotel in Paris and pay double the amount I had already paid and was taken from my credit card by Moss / Hotelcollect. Now taken up with my credit card company.

I flew on May 22 on SA67 from Zambia. I was flying business class. At the airplane entrance, senior crew member Koko Mungani, requested that my carry on bag should be checked in despite the fact that the bag was well within the allowed size limit (115cm sum of all dimensions). Unfortunately, I had to comply, and baggage handler that was standing next to her took my bag. My daughter just got married this weekend (may 15, 2010) on bald head island.
i warn you now...DO NOT GET MARRIED THERE.
the service was appalling. the food was so terrible, as the father of the bride, i was very embarrassed. we ordered prime rib. we got about 2 ounces of trashy roast beef. terrible.
we rented 5 homes. we had some large meals. they fraudulently charged our credit card $1, 000 for having an unauthorized party. there's more.

Could Frontier of handled the following better? I sat next to a very pleasant lady and her service dog. I have chronic pain from spinal stenosis. I upgraded for more leg room. The dog needed my floor space to lay down. I gave up my floor space. My right leg stayed cramping and contorted bent beneath the seat for two hours, while my pain level started rising. This is in relation to the horrible experience I had while visiting the hotel Perola Dos Anjos in Lisbon. I would sincerely ask booking.com to have a surprise visit to check the condition of the hotel. Additionally, booking.com should also have a background check before any hotel is posted in booking.com portal.
1. First of all, this is not a hotel, it is just a floor where in some rooms are given on rent.

This is my first time, make a hotel reservation for Baiyoke Boutique Hotel and Hotels2Thailand.com bill me through my credit card.
Everytime i make a reservation, i pay upon hotel check-in. Due to the Bangkok protest which last for a couple of months, my flight has changes and I would like to cancel the hotel reservation. The customer support is going to refund me the total amount - 7% due to bank transfer fee.

I paid to exchange Sol Melia options for MAS points and had a confirmed reservation for friends at Gran Melia Cozumel. Upon arrival, they were told there was no availability and no record of reservations. After presenting confirmation e-mails, speaking with Sol Melia management and hotel staff, my friends were forced to find other accomodations in the area as there was nothing anyone could do to help, EVEN with confirmed reservations!
