I booked a flight from SFO to Dublin, Ireland by way of Atlanta on Delta. I spoke with the reservations department myself as did the travel agent from Quinn Travel (San Francisco, CA). We were told that I could bring my small cat as carry-on provided I obtain the proper health certificates. This was noted on my reservation. The Arrow Hotel is partially owned by R J and Ann Thomas. There has been an excellent restaurant and bar affilliated with the Hotel but has been taken over by Ann Thomas. This was a very hostle takeover and the restaurant owner was closed out of his business by Ann Thomas. Americinn Hotel in Hutchinson is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff were rude especially the General Manager (Brad Jacobson) The Hotel is small, Dirty, And smelly.But what got me the most was the security at this hotel. Stayed with this company and their cabins are not clean... and are not well kept. Rugs were dirty... not just soiled but when I lifted one in the bathroom up it was nasty. Batteries in remotes are not checked.. we had to move from one to another to even watch TV. Light bulbs were missing or needed to be replaced. One morning around 9:30 AM, I was awoken by a greasy, dirty man in my room. He broke the latch lock off the door by kicking the door after he used his main key to unlock the dead bolt. Their reason.. I was a guest at this Quality Inn I checked in at 1:30pm and dropped off my bags and went out. Upon returning at 10pm, I found there was no heat in the room, with an outdoor temperature of 5 degrees. The balcony door had a terrible draft and there was mold in the bathroom. I wrapped in a blanket to keep warm and called the desk. We stayed at the Sheraton Hotel on June 25 & 26 for 2 nights. Downtown Value Inn is a miserable little hotel in Portland, OR. It is very cheap and ok if you want to spend a night there because of traveling other wise don't even think of going there. It is the worst under maintained hotel in the whole of Oregon that is what I think I don't know about others. It is an absolute waste of money and certainly not hygienic. I traveled on TAM airlines to Buenos Aires in end of May, 2009. They could not deliver my bag for one full week. I was on business trip and had no other choice than to buy basic essential clothing and toiletries. I ended up spending US $600. The bag was found and delivered to me on eighth day. In July 2009 I booked a Jetstar flight departing Melbourne at 1pm on 9 November 2009. I would like to share my cent experience with the Suffolk Hall Hotel with others. I recently booked a room for 2 nights at the hotel over the telephone. I am totally disabled and require a service dog. I always carry a letter with me from my Doctor that certifies my dog is a service animal.
