My grandmother gave them 800.00 for a week at one of the hotels that they are affiliated with. Being elderly and of that generation of trust she forgot to get any form of receipt and paid cash. Rocky Point travel stated that they would book her a week in Mexico and would call her in a few days. Avoid this company. They are dishonest. They are impossible to contact. They lie repeatedly. False charges are tacked on for changed reservations. They claimed the money charged went to the airline. This went on for a year, even after the airline people wrote and I supplied One Travel with the info. The credit card company got them to refund a portion, but One Travel Cheapseats kept the bulk of the remaining charges, over a thousand dollars - all completely unfounded. I booked a room at the Holiday Inn Express in Schaumburg, IL for 3 nights over Memorial weekend. I call it a staycation because I live 5 miles from the location.
