i paid for a stay i NY in sept 2008 through ebay and was scammed but it was eventually TIOA that was sent money. A pPemier Credit keeps calling our number saying we were given as a reference by someone. They try to get our name and I told them I don't know these people that was "suppose" to give us as a reference that is when the rudeness starts. In the state of KY you can record a conversation as long as one party knows it is being recorded, which is me, and that is what I am doing. Within my 1 night stay at the Ramada the power in my hotel went completely out. My 2 children and i stayed outside for 20 minutes before the maintenance guy finally returned handing me a key and telling me i had to move rooms. No i am sorry, let me help you with your bags, he simply walked away, i had to get all of our belongings in the dark, AND find my new room by myself with a 6 and a 8 year old. I had a similar experience to "Disaster" on this website with AirTran in Atlanta on October, 2 2008 with my wife's bag that she has been using on many airlines without a problem for several years. They were not so rude as they were unwilling to bend on their judgement that the bag was too large. While they stated the limit was 61 inches and that her bag was 63 they was a sign on their counter that said 62 or less. We had the same experience as Kelly and Jeff Shafer with Villa de Palmar, Puerta Vallarta. The told us the same lies about selling our other timeshare and sold us a "studio, odd yrs" for $13, 000. We paid $3000 down on Sept 29th and the rest was supposed to be in no interest monthly payments. We got a bill for the full $10, 000 balance and I cannot seem to get a hold of anyone by email or phone.
