The vacation club benefits they represented weren't true. First, Cheap Trips charges you $99 to get the package. Then you have to pay $15 - $35 processing fee to register each and every certificate with Vacation Getaways in Dublin, CA. I noticed the charges after a few months. My credit card company closed my account (credit only half the charges) and opened a new account with a new number for me. In April 2007 I responded to the advertising 9f DirectTV and alllowed a young man from out of state to install a disk. For a few weeks I was able to get the channels they promised. This travel agency is the worst place to buy any ticket from. The manager whose name is Naheed does not have any knowledge in the ticket booking. She is extremely rude and once you paid your ticket price she does not care anymore.
