Apart from the inane voice-response system to start with, there is an interminable wait for an agent with arcane music playing all the time, and no indication of how long it's going to be. The steward on board took his hand luggage and placed it in a storage room at the back of the plane. Beware this rental agency is out to scam you. When we arrived at the lakehouse we rented for the weekend, the place was in poor condition: stained and wet floors, smelly bathrooms, and a broken fireplace.
