The merchandise I received (2 pair of shoes) are of poor quality. They won't let me return the shoes or give me any credit. Was then told it was shipped THL courrier service. They were new to Ebay so paypal only cover up to $200. I have used iBuyFireplaceParts.com twice to buy repair parts for my fireplace gas logs. The first time I used them the parts took approximately 8 weeks for delivery. For this second order I am now at 7 weeks and still waiting.
