I ordered faucets from this website and picked matching things from other sites. They came back two days later to tell me that the faucet was back-ordered for a month! Why could they not have updated information? People always buy coordinated things and this sort of information should be made available to customers before they pick things out! I ordered all of the foam from The Foam Factory to make my new mattress on January 8, 2011. The order came in with in a couple of weeks. I weighed all of the foam to check the density. This site charged me for a $100 pair of Air Jordans, then informed me they didn't actually have them to sell, and asked me to choose different shoes form their inventory. When I said no, I just wanted a refund, they have been giving me several weeks of broken record replies refusing to refund my money and telling me I need to pick different shoes. The communications are in pigeon English, and never respond to my own insistence that this is not an option; that I should not even have been charged if they did not have the inventory. They are selling fake Uggs as real at retail prices. When confronted they said the best they could do was let me keep the boots for a 15% discount or send them back to China with tracking (over $30!) for a 70% refund.
