Bought and returned shoes from FootSmart. Notified Monday they received returns and would refund money in 2 business days. Called on the 3rd day, was told money was credited it my account, but takes 2 billing cycles to show. Called my bank, no money, payment I made was the same as cash, and atm accounts don't have billing cycles. Do not buy from them if there is a chance you have to return anything. We contacted ChipSpain.com on behalf of our cardholder to report a $776.00 fraud transaction which they were able to find and stop from being shipped to someone in Russia. We worked with a person there to refund the cardholders money since they were able to cancel the order and they never did. Mark Besnos and their workers do not know do construction experience with this company. I hired them to replace my aging roof, and the salesman was knowledgeable. This site is about theft. They lead you down the path that you can order a new ss card on line but what you are actually getting is the forms you can get for free at the .gov site. of course you find this out after you have been charged a $19.00 convenience fee + a $10 dollar download fee for adobe reader that is free and comes with most browsers today. this is ok because they offer a 7 day return policy. you get a nice e mail saying you have been refunded with a nice little number to confirm this. when the money is not in your account they blame it on your bank and the circle jerk begins. 6 attempts to get this resolved and no money in sight... read full review »

Robaugh Products has no phone number listed. My order never arrived and they ignored my first email. The second email I sent was copied to the Bonner Springs Police Department. Robaugh Products then sent me an email claiming the product had been shipped. However, they never provided a UPS or USPS tracking number. I have two charges on my credit card statement from an unknown entity. I don't know how they got my card information. One charge is for $3.15 and the other is for $10.63. Both charges accurred on Feb 26, 2011. While they don't amount to much, I'm sure if they continue to nickel and dime everyone they can, they can come up with a lot of money.
