I received my product on the 4th of March and the same day requested a Return Authorization Number so I could send it back. Who buys just one section of a steamer, without a base for it? The photo shows a complete steamer and they put a note in, saying, "Image may not depict product color, inclusions or accessories." I never considered the bottom of a steamer to be an accessory. So today is the 21st of March and still no RA number so they can take my $26.90 deduct about $10 for shipping and deduct 30% for restocking. A China based company out to scam you out of your money. NOTE any company that accepts Western Union/ Money Gram is likely a hoax. It's only advised you only remit payment to a company that accepts VISA. MC, AMXEX, or if not, PayPal. They are selling fake Uggs as real at retail prices. When confronted they said the best they could do was let me keep the boots for a 15% discount or send them back to China with tracking (over $30!) for a 70% refund. This site charged me for a $100 pair of Air Jordans, then informed me they didn't actually have them to sell, and asked me to choose different shoes form their inventory. When I said no, I just wanted a refund, they have been giving me several weeks of broken record replies refusing to refund my money and telling me I need to pick different shoes. The communications are in pigeon English, and never respond to my own insistence that this is not an option; that I should not even have been charged if they did not have the inventory.
