I have "bought" a "cheap" laptop. The price was 283USD + 55USD shipping. I paid Bank Transfer. Then they asked me 45% of the value to clear Chinese customs (the shipping destination is CYPRUS)! They cancel my order and say it will take 2 - 3 weeks to refund a VISA card. They sure can take my money right away, but can't refund it.
