Every time I e-mailed them they would give me no information and told me that since shipping is "free" (which it really wasn't) I shouldn't complain. Ordered a ring in September and they still could not confirm a delivery date in November so I asked for a refund. Now mid January and despite numerous phone calls (when you can get through) and emails I am still waiting for my money back. Court action is now my only option. The site promoted itself as being a North Face outlet and that they sell authentic North Face products. Everything on the site seems legitimate. Had the North Face logo and all. This website is set up to look like the real College website, but it really just sells your information. I filled out the application, thinking it was a little different from the other college websites. Within the next few hours my phone was ringing off the hook with them wanting to know more of my information and all these offers. They even started sending me mail! I order a $25 ebgames electronic gift card on 1/21/2011 for my son's friend's birthday on 1/23/2011. I was told I'd received the card via email within 24 hours, plenty of time before the party. I should have been suspicious when the owner would not name the specific restaurants or foods we would get when I called. She just said, Mexican, French, Italian. She said we would walk about 1 mile. I ordered a gas fire on December 1st, by telephone. I gave a delivery address in Wales, and my billing address in Hertfordshire. My credit card was debited on Dec 4th. I received no acknowledgement by post or email from them.
