I placed an order after I checked the website for any scam or fraud alerts. There was even a A rating on the BBB for them. However, the warning bells went off when I didnt receive an automatic confirmation email of my purchases. Then the second and third warning bells went off today when I tried to call the number on my paypal receipt and it is out of service and their customer service email came back with the error message that it doesn't exist.
