Bought a DVD pre-release in December and was charged in December. Got my January credit card statement and was charged again. Called them and discovered I had signed up for a membership because I didn't decline something within their 7-day period and that my membership started in December and because I bought a DVD that wasn't released until January, I also had to pay for January membership. There was nothing I saw in the first place about joining any kind of membership or I would never have ordered the DVD from their movie site. On 10/4/10 the sweater was ordered from the company via eBay. The sweater size 2X was sent to me but their 2X didn't fit so it was returned to them per their instructions and a size 3X was requested.
