I sent an earlier complaint on "3 unauthorized charges on my Credit Card" for above company. Since I sent the complaint, I found another unauthorized charge on Nov 05, 2010! It was for $9.95! Please add tnis additional amount in refund ... The other three were: $1.00 on same day I bought Safari Coloyne from this company for $49.51, which I acknowledge; another charge of $9.95 appeared in my checking account in this amount ($9.95) both Decenber and January?? PRADO / ELECTRIC CIG / AUGUST BART
jacked again January 5, 2011
I ordered a free trial for $12.95 shipping cost. Electric Cig/ August Bart has debited my account a total of $191.43 for a varity of reasons. I spoke to them at 877-647-3735, explaining to them I did not authorize any further charges than $12.95. I had to close my account to stop any further debits. Call and cancel the automatic membership they signed you up for without your knowledge. They charged $149.00 for a product you can buy at your local smoke shop for $35.00. read full review »

At 1st it looks like a good deal, but download speed is very slow if you can stay connected. Site is offshore, and my US credit card added a foreign transaction to the fee. I can't say for sure that it's related, but had a major credit card fraud incident after signing on to this site, all the fraudulent charges originated from Europe. The card I used is now shut down, so there won't be any recurring fee. I did manage to d/l a few movies, but have all but given up using the remainder of the credit I have left. STAY AWAY!!! read full review »

Whatever you do, don't order anything from these idiots. I ordered the 007 Ultimate Collection on September 23rd and I've yet to receive my movies. Of course AFTER I placed the order, I read several blogs regarding these butt heads and just about everyone says they didn't receive their product. JERKS! read full review »

Themovieexperience raised their price again at the Fremont theater, Mission Cinemas‎ and Downtown Centre Cinema 7 Theatre is a RIPOFF. The Fremont Theater, the Mission Cinemas and Downtown Centre 7 Cinema in San Luis Obispo is now $11.50, that's right a $11.50 per ticket, not exceptions. That's what they charge. The website does have a large selection of parts needed for my ATV and for ATV riding. However, worst customer service ever, as well as false advertising. Here is my story: They advertised a tire and wheel package. Meaning if I purhased a tire, and wheel (the rim the tire goes on) together, they would come mounted (the tire would be delivered on the wheel). So I went ahead and purchased 2 tires and 2 wheels, assuming they would come ready to put on my ATV. I received a cal from Josh, after my item shipped. He said that due to an... read full review »

I just wanted to post a warning to anyone who is considering ordering from SpiritCrafts.net. I placed an order with them...and I am still trying to get it correct. They sent incorrect merchandise...POOR Customer Service. They are very DEMEANING to their customers; they do not answer their phone, nor do they reply to emails in a timely manner (within 24 hours). Being an internet company, that is pretty bad. Also, this company charged my cc WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION!! It is illegal to keep card numbers on file...they not only did, but charged my card. I could go on, but I won't. STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY...BAD, BAD, BAD!!! read full review »

I ordered an item from this website 6 days before Christmas and received a confirmation e-mail back that the the order was accepted. The item I had purchased was very difficult to find so I was very excited to know I would be receiving it on time. The item was due to arrive the day before Christmas. I am annoyed by this website emailing me with "someone has viewed my profile" I don't know who placed me on this site it certainly wasn't me, I complained to them and they have chosen to ignore my comments and do nothing about securing their website, are they placing the adverts themselves in the hope that so many will join? They had got my age wrong and put that i lived somewhere near to where I used to live, how do they get this information? they also knew of an old password I used on other sites!!! read full review »

Two words Bruce Rowen. When trying to rent an apartment please use extreme caution!! If the guy doesn't give you a phone number, talk to you, or let you e-mail transfer money instead of using western union, DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!! Ask questions and see if you get an answer related to your question. NEVER use spedition worldwide, spedition delivery or any other source of a "third man" type company! ALWAYS make sure that the company number MATCHES, Google the address and contact the building owner to verify residency! Go with your gut feeling! read full review »

I Have used Priceline for several reservations and, until now, I have been satisfied with the service. I have not felt fooled or deceived in any way. This past weekend I bid on a hotel room in Downtown montreal. I was taking my wife and kids there for the weekend to enjoy the city. I first put a bid on the room but it was not sufficient. The website advised then to increase the bid by $20 and the request was accepted. They're site offers a tailbag that features a "Removable insulated cooler bag". When I received the product I didn't find anything like a cooler bag. I wrote the site that the bag was missing. They told me the “removable insulated cooler bag unzips from the inside." There is a zipper inside the bag that reveals 3 foam panels that keep the tailbag stiff. Hardly a removable bag, just a BS response. This company is unwilling to admit either lied on their product description or didn't ship everything. What am I... read full review »

Many people are describing this site as Prettyboots.com, or Prettyboots - The actual site is Prettyboot.org or Prettyboot, Inc. This company is in China and what they supply are FAKE UGG boots. They have no phone number listed within their website to contact them, you have to contact by email. Good Luck getting a reply! My husband ordered a pair of boots that I wanted last year, which have since been discontinued. He thought he found them within this site - Old stock sitting on the shelves perhaps. This website is run by THS International Inc. The company is easily searchable in a search engine, and I am sure you will find many articles about SCAMS. I personally ordered from this website, for my husband's online game account. For this website, which is Chinese based, a call must be made to your phone to confirm an order. You may wait as long as you like, but no phone call will ever come. After an hour of waiting, you may use their "useful" online chat customer service. Here, a chat operator will ask for you order number... read full review »
