I made that mistake. The customer service was extremely poor before buying but I stupidly went ahead with a purchase. I purchased a defected pair of shoes off of her and after several attempts to get it resolved, and being well within my consumer rights, she has decided to totally ignore my emails. I am now seeking legal action to get it resolved. Don't be fooled by the cheap prices. By the time it goes through the checkout, the VAT bumps it back up in price to everywhere else. Fake DVDs - I stupidly bought Lost Complete Season 5 from these people at a cost of £24.99 (so not cheap!). The web site offers products and potential income to unsuspecting people but fail to tell you about the low income, if any, is predominantly the case. I have read reports that this company has been ordered to pay a large sum of money in costs etc, and will be ordered to pay compensation to a number of complainants at a later date. I have listened to a conference call made by this company and it doesn't tell you about add on costs, only the initial low cost to join. I made an order, and then realized I couldn't print a receipt no matter how many times I tried. I called the number listed on the web site and it does not work. The address is a p.o. box. Asked them on there facebook page about it and was told they no longer do it. Yet a new person signed up and as soon as they got to 300 it was taken away from them. The web graphics are good. They messed up on my order. I order 12 pair of shoes and the sizes were off. They also split my shipment into 2 orders 2 weeks apart. I asked for a refund because the shoes werent right from the first half of the order and they made up every excuse why they couldnt give it back. They also lied to me repeatedly and to add insult to injury. When I got the second box of shoes I emailed and thoroughly let them know how I felt. They sent me an email back asking for money.
