I placed an order in October, so far they have charged my card and sent nothing. They claim that they will be getting the stock in and to be patient. I've received nothing. They have no customer service just a phone number with no one answering, I asked for a credit and got a nasty email 4 days later. I had to dispute the charge with Mastercard. Apparently it is a big scam to which I've fallen victim. I would not recommend using it under any circumstances. Everything seems to be legit but UPS tracking numbers are invalid, no phone calls are ever returned (voice message only). When one dismantled carton arrives from Moldova in a paper envelope with the corner ripped and a pack exposed of 6, even the mailman says the others were likely stolen. The choices of products were good. The problem is that they advertise "free shipping" but if something is wrong with it or you don't like it then you are stuck paying for all shipping. In addition, my product was labeled incorrectly, and the company saw that as my problem for not opening it and checking to see if it was what the packaging said or what I ordered.
