Absolutely shocking. It advertises wedding venues but as I tried to leave feedback that was 100% positive, however, 100% genuine, they wouldn't feature it as they only choose positive feedback choosen by the venues themselves, hence the rating is not reliable and obviously entirely useless. So couples may choose to have the most important day of their lives at a venue based on fabrications and I think that is really terrible. I ordered an HHO system from PUNCH HHO, and when I received the product I decided that I did not want it, I did not open the package, I just called the supplier, Mr. Tom Punch and Asked for a return authorization. I was told that once it is shipped and received it can not be returned. However on the web site in the disclaimer it says that they will refund your money within 5 days after they receive the procuct back and it is inspected. Website looks good and plenty of information on deliveries and how to get in contact if any problems. Website offers next day delivery free as standard but doesnt carry out its promise. I have tried to call and email customer services with no luck. I just get an answer phone and nothing at all via email. The company did not ship my items after two weeks of "issues" that I needed to call or sign my name to in order for the order to be processed. One week I waited in hopes that they were shipping the order to find that they did not. I called the company and asked why they didn't update or tell me that the items were not shipped for a week. All in all... I was told it would take 2-3 days to "process the order" after two weeks of waiting and then 3 or SO days to be shipped. BUYER BEWARE!!! If you are looking for HID's, do not buy from this website. I bought 3 sets (1 for a VW Jetta, Chevy P/U and a BMW). The one for the truck did not work, the one for the BMW you had to make major modifications to the back of the headlight. The set for my Jetta did not work as well. Worse website EVER. I placed an order for several DIFFERENT products. I was charged. I never received any notice about shipping so I sent an email regarding the status of my order days later. Any businesses out there looking to increase their sales should STEER TOTALLY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!. They make promises that they can't deliver. I used the Dermajuv products for a 30 day trial period, and was not satisified with the product or the company return policy. First off the process is 3-4 steps (4 if you use the eye-roller). After applying all these products and placing suncreen on top of them it just peeled off my face, no matter what oil-free sunsceen product I used.
