I spoke to the organization on one occassion and received an answer to my repeated emails once. I set up one account and then another based on the promises received. This site is a scam! do not use. - This site offers a service to issue replacements birth certificates, death certificates etc. They claim to be government affiliated. After placing an order and paying for a certificate, nothing happens. You can't contact them. If you input your user name and password, it fails. Placed my order over a month ago. I received half of my order a couple weeks ago and called multiple times, left messages, emailed with no response to resolve my issue. Finally got someone on the phone and she said, "I'll have to call you back to find out what's wrong." You get promised a free iPad if you answer a few questions on a survery; however, you can only collect your prize after accepting 13 different offers from their affiliates. This is never made clear as you go through the process of the survey. The website is very misleading at best and seems more likely a complete fraud. The "Top Pick" which states is "free" is actually 69.95 a month when you read the faded fine print that was tucked away and neatly disguised. I bought it online and when I got it, it didn't fit even though the pathway I took on the website indicated it would fit.
