Used online booking form to book a cab... cab never turned up and i didn't receive any confirmation. Phoned the main man who's name and number appear on the website and he was VERY rude and even ended the call on me whilst i was explaining my problem.. He didnt care that no taxi turned up, he said he hasnt recieved the online booking form, i suggested perhaps there was an error with his website in that case and he said 'no i think your the error!' The site suggests they have a high payout rate. Their comparison chart shows spot rates under their name versus competitors Jan 1st 2010 rates. This implies they pay the posted spot rate. They do not disclaim. When you ask by email if that is true they do not respond. They can not be reached by phone. They do warn not to buy from any one who does not post rates. iYogi says it will help remotely solve PC problems, and charges $139/month. I had to try 3 times (with 3 different people) to get their remote access to work. Then 1.5 hours of my time later, and speaking with 4 different people (each of whom needed my account #, security question, email address and home ph#), the problem was still unresolved. This meant that when I ordered a battery from this company I was left to liaise with someone in Hong Kong when trying to return under warranty. Then a link to the website mentioned above appears. It is a Google site, perhaps based in Russia, since Google offers to translate from Russian.
