SkyPointDigital.com
Bait and switch web site. I attempted to buy a canon 7d camera listed for $539.00 with a 1 year USA warranty. When I called I was informed that it was a non USA camera but a import intended for the asian market. Most legit sites when they refer to 1 year USA warranty mean a factory warranty not a site added on warranty.Nowhere in the add did it say anything about it being a import model. this type of advertising may be legal but it is not honest. read full review »
Skinnhair.com
I had a bad feeling after I purchased some products and I never received any response from them via email confirming this. They gave me no tracking number and I was left in the dark. I only then realized they have no contact number. I called my credit card company right away and canceled my card. I would steer clear of this website! read full review »
Londonblack-cab.com
Used online booking form to book a cab... cab never turned up and i didn't receive any confirmation. Phoned the main man who's name and number appear on the website and he was VERY rude and even ended the call on me whilst i was explaining my problem.. He didnt care that no taxi turned up, he said he hasnt recieved the online booking form, i suggested perhaps there was an error with his website in that case and he said 'no i think your the error!' I found this incredibly rude and asked him if i could book a cab through him... read full review »
cash-for-gold
The site suggests they have a high payout rate.
Their comparison chart shows spot rates under their name versus competitors Jan 1st 2010 rates.
This implies they pay the posted spot rate. They do not disclaim.
When you ask by email if that is true they do not respond.
They can not be reached by phone.
They do warn not to buy from any one who does not post rates. The fraud is the implied spot rate is what they pay.
Based on compaints they pay only a small percentage of the spot rate.
What a scam. read full review »

Skypowersportslakeland.com
We placed a parts order through their order online section and they never processed it; we didn't find out for a week when we called to see if the parts were in. They refused to do anything to make it right, we requested the parts be overnighted for a cost of $35, but they refused. We were not only told to find the parts somewhere else (which has been difficult and ended up having to order from Singapore) we were told never to step foot in their business or order from their website again. We did not do anything to incite this type of... read full review »

I am so pissed off! I signed for a 7 day trial. When I called customer service to cancel their comments were oh it does not show up on your file that you have that offer. Give me a @#$$$# break. The diet plan is not at all how it seems from the infomercial. You cannot get a good idea without signing up and so I did because I was signing up for a 7 day money back guarantee plan!!!
The cheat day is no different than any other day. And I do not want to buy lean cuisine meals!!! read full review »

Lockerz.com
Horrible site, you earn points by watching boring videos (2 points each), logging in (2 points once per day), or taking the daily poll (2 points for the daily poll only). Then you are suppose to somehow save thousands of points up for an iPod or iMac or maby something else. The thing is that they never have anything in stock. Even digital downloads such as wallpaper for your desktop!?!?! It's a huge scam. read full review »
Skateusa.com
So annoying!!! My shoes were on back order TWICE! They keep you updated through email, but still! After having to wait about 1 month they FINALLY told me the shoes were discontinued! You would probably be better off NOT buying from them!

iyogi.net
iYogi says it will help remotely solve PC problems, and charges $139/month. I had to try 3 times (with 3 different people) to get their remote access to work. Then 1.5 hours of my time later, and speaking with 4 different people (each of whom needed my account #, security question, email address and home ph#), the problem was still unresolved. And it was just a printer issue. Plus I got disconnected during one of the calls, and the technician did not call back--despite having confirmed my email and phone # at the start of the call. read full review »
Hotbattery.co.uk
The website is very professionally laid out but the products do not seem to come from this company, they appear to be acting as a broker for individuals all over the world. This meant that when I ordered a battery from this company I was left to liaise with someone in Hong Kong when trying to return under warranty. The costs associated with returning the product made it a waste of time so the laptop battery went in the bin! I've now ordered a cheaper one elsewhere and made a note not to use this company again. read full review »
Localjobfind.com
This website is to help with a local job search based on area code. After filling in name, address, phone, email address, etc., the site promises thousands of jobs in your area in your field. The next screen - and the following 10 or 12 - are all offers to take classes, purchase items, etc., until you come to the "last straw" screen - about some lottery that promises $50k per week or something for the rest of your life. The problem here is that there is no way out! There is no "Skip" button (as previous screens had) and no... read full review »

Carthage Marine Transport
The owner of this company also owns a website called stop illegal trucking and posts inncorrect information about competitors of the Yacht transport company. It is obvious that the owner Brooks Gubser, does not like the fact that smaller companies are able to transport boats for less money than he can, so he posts info claming that his competitors are commiting fraud. In addition to making false comments about competitors companies mr. brooks never mentions that his own insurance has been cancelled 12 times. read full review »

Ordered a Chef basket Deluxe for a christmas gift as someone wanted it. Ordering was vague and confusing even for your more experienced shoppers, order confirmation was vague and included no confirmation number. You can go to contact us link and then another link and enter your phone number to 'Track" your order which just gives you a automated message saying that due to popular demand your order will ship with in 15 days...which you get from day one way past day 15! SCAM!!! this site is nothing but a lame scam site. You can tell that it is a scam site because they lack in contact information and also background info. I ordered one thing from this site and it took them 3 weeks just to email me back and tell me it was out of stock and on top of that there customer service was rude trying to tell me that they are not a scam and how they been successful for 13 years..ummm BULL! Bottom line don't bother spending your money here. They may look like they have amazing products, but that's just a cover the real truth is that they are a scam! read full review »

They forged my email address and have been spamming since. The sender is identified as my email address. They sent emails to twenty people at a time, no subject line is the first clue. It has been a complete waste of money and time. It so expensive! If you sign up for a long-term membership remember they only have to set you up on 5 dates. They will sell you a great picture of what they will do for you and then you could be like me forced to meet up with a date that you would rather run and hide from. Oh ya! There are some weird and very unattractive people out there and if you sign up with It's Just Lunch you could be exposed to having a date with them! read full review »
Hosierystreet.com
I ordered to bras that were listed as in stock, from HosieryStreet on March 3rd, 2010 and received one in about two weeks with a notice that the other one was backordered. I had heard nothing by April 5th so I wrote them again requesting that they either refund my money or send the bra and they responded saying the bra would be here within two weeks. May the 7th, and I still had no bra, so I wrote again, demanding they refund my money. Today is May 11th and I have received no response. I won't do any more business with them, they obviously don't care about their customers. read full review »
