There website states free delivery on orders over £35. They specifically state that the delivery charge will be refunded back to your PayPal account after the order has been placed. I bought a spa cover from j3 cover company in Ontario. They clam the covers are made in canada, but that is questionable as they refuse to disclose the factory location. Some of the stitching was ripped out of the box. I want to take it back and have it fixed, but they say I can only ship it back at my own expense. I got quotes for shipping and its around $100! I own a big truck and would drive it back myself, but not allowed. Do not purchase anything from this website. This is a scam. Unfortunately made purchase November 9th, and my card was immediately charged for the purchase and it is now November 22 and I have recieved nothing.
