Horrible shopping experience! I ordered a set of glassware on Dec. 25th that was listed as "in stock." It did not ship from the store until 1/12 (11 business days later). When I asked the service department why it took so long to ship they told me that it was not in stock when I ordered it. I purchased a Plantronics Bluetooth Headset from them which took one month to be delivered, they refused to reply to my emails regarding this delay. When it was finally delivered it only had a UK battery charger, which is not compliant with Australian power points. I have since learnt that this website is run from Jersey, Channel islands UK even though they have a com.au domain name, they are not Australian, therefore everything purchased from them comes from Jersey, which means Australian buyers are liable for all taxes and duties on top of the purchase price, this may add a further 30% to the price! In 2006 I purchased a CPA / CPE course from Bisk Education / CPEasy.com called Mastering IRC 401(k) plans. When they called they said that they had a buyer for a timeshare I wanted to sell. I was told that the money from the sale would be mailed to me about 45 days after I signed the contract which would make it about the middle of June. Subsequent calls turned out to be run around delays, the buyer gets another 45 days to review the deal, the buyer gets 45 days to get financing, etc. etc.. The last alibi was that the buyer didn't get financing so we start the whole thing over again with another buyer. This site is as close as a scam as you can get. You are required to pay for the product either via paypal or direct deposit. The product that I have ordered has not arrived and is well over two weeks since it's been ordered. There is no customer service to contact or respond to your enquiries. They do not have a telephone number, but just a dodgy PO Box address somewhere in Sydney, Australia. If you make a mistake on your order or want to change something (like the delivery address) you have to wait for them to confirm the order and then try cancelling it and re-ordering- except it may be too late as it's already on its way by then. Customer service is extremely difficult to do business with. I found them to be very stubborn. They take way to long to address e-mails. They are very unprofessional and have "internet tantrums" if they don't like what the costumer has to ask/say. I ordered the Sailor Venus costume off their website for Halloween this year. I was extremely disappointed. Not only did the dress not look like it did in the picture, but it was cheaply made. The bows that come on the costume were not even sewed on, they came separate. I asked for the size that matched my measurements and it was at least 4 times bigger than what I asked for.
