Asked a question in the TV/Electronics section. Got the answer after 2 days - I have had my issue resolved by then as it was quite urgent. According to the "how it works" information on the website, it was all perfectly fine for me not to accept the answer, to not to pay for the advise and to request a refund (refunds possible for up to 1year from the date of initial deposit, they say). The site is "supposed to be about" ways to make money online. Once you start reading it you quickly realize that the methods she listed are ridiculous. Were talking pennies for hours of work. I purchased a Grade B Dell Laptop from Pacific Geek. After waiting nearly 3 weeks for shipping information, I emailed their customer service. The first two emails went unanswered. I have ordered three times from this website company, and one of the orders got delivered and two did not. On their website, they list as ways to contact them as via email or via telephone number. All of my emails have never been acknowledged or answered, and my numerous attempts at calling their telephone number also result in a pre-recorded message stating that the answering machine is full, to please call back OR that this number is not a working number. Has great information, but due to a constant repeat of threads, the search function takes you forever to use. There customer service is AWFUL!!! I was charged $10 more for a product then charged a second time due to there lack of organization!!!
