This company has gained access to my bank card or checking account apparently through a product that I purchased online. They then proceeded to access my checking account for services that I never ordered or authorized. When I contacted them, the lady that I spoke with said that they handle business for both companies : ID Sentinel Alert & United Benefit Advantage. I ordered several items from Seventh Avenue. None of them arrived damaged, but one of the big items that cost $40 to ship cracked AFTER we put it together. So in order to get a refund of $250, we'd have to pay another $40 or more to ship it back - out of pocket.
