But I got charged seperatley and their system kept asking me to retype my debit card and other things like "liscence keys" over and over. I happen to get lured by the offer of Hush Puppy shoe with 3 shirts and belt and wallet. To that I made the payment of Rs 2999/- and received the goods (Invoice 1004340 order no. BSB 108716). The Hush Puppies Shoe is Heavy, Hard and makes noise while walking. It is uncomfortable and embarrassing because of the noise. I tried to work with this company to manufacture an iron on patch. I sent them the art work with notes on what was needed. Samples were coming back with colors changed and details missing. After giving the customer service representative the same instructions, on the fourth time I tried to find out what was the source of the problem. I inquired about a Payday Loan that I did not complete because of the fees. A check was sent to my account in the amount of $19.95 and they refuse to give me a refund. They have cancelled my account, but stated that I authorized the charges, which I did not. They also continued to try to make me stay with them for a lesser amount.
