I bought a Dell PC from Best Buy and the hard drive failed in less than two months. On returning to BB I found that they only covered the first 30 days and that I would have to contact Dell. Dell is now sending me a new drive. They use Seagates, which are not a very good drive, IMHO. I am wondering if it's just the Best Buy Dells which are now cheaply made and no longer high quality, or are all Dells this way? I will not deal with Best Buy again, nor will I buy a Dell. I purchased 3 mattresses from Conn's .One each for my parents and one for myself.Within a month of sleeping on them, the pillow tops started to "break down". I ordered two Samsonite suitcases on 1st February, due to an impending holiday .I received a receipt from the company, but heard nothing since. It is now 16th .February, and I have tried in vain to contact the company, by telephone, which appears to be invalid, and by e-mails, which are returned to me-un deliverable. This comapny is giving advertisements on sites like pay 100/- as registration fee to register in their company for online jobs like data entry, online for filling, email reading etc... and earn 1000/- per week.Like these type of messages displaying. I thought I did my research, verified that the phone number worked and was a landline. On February 2nd I contacted the business by phone to cancel the $211.95 transaction. I was told it would be canceled. As of Febuary 14th the transaction continues to be listed on my VISA statement. I have recieved NOTHING via mail (USPS, UPS OR FEDEX) as proof of any product existing. On February 10th I phoned again @ 6:10 pm and was on hold for 13 minutes. have recieved 3 SMS messages saying that I have won $2, 000, 000 USA. I figured it was a scam and sent STOP several time but they still keep coming. I have had 3 so far today. Originally I got caught by a company called Profit Studio Learning when I thought I was looking at an informational CD for $1.95 or so. They charged my CC for $69.90 and I complained and wrote a letter. This was in July of 2009. I thought my cancellation and complaint were registered -- I did not figure I was going to get the $70.00 back. I have just now checked my CC account and this same scam keeps changing its name and has been deducting $28.73 a month since July of 2009. I ordered a GPS holder and they sent the wrong size. They would not send the right size unless I pay shipping both ways. I sent the model number of the GPS and they still were not sure this would fit my GPS. They said I should measure it to see if it will work. The whole experience of buying a laptop at Bestbuy has left me depressed and exhausted. I went in to fix a laptop but was quoted $250 for it. I then bought a new compaq for only $365 on sale, but had to wait till the next day to take it home because geek squad had to remove the pre-installed software. I order a Jabra BT5020 (Blue tooth headset), received it with in 5 days (fast shipping) when I read the instructions it said to fully charge the head set before using. They are insisting I pay £650, when I wrote and cancelled. I tried talking to Natalie Marks, their credit controller who was extremely rude, cold and condesending.
