I once bought money for a game from this company. since then they constantly email me and i have had more that 8 live converstations with them and emails to try to get them to stop emailing me and yet they continue to harass me. They have no phone contact number to speak to a live person and when i have advised them that they are bordering on harrassment they just laugh. I placed and order with zkarlo (zkarlo.com) via ebay - the order arrived - it was wrong - they shipped the wrong products though the correct item was clearly pictured on the order form. I immediately contacted the company regarding the mistake - asked them to send the correct item that was still being advertised on ebay. I tried the trial product and it shotmy blood presure through the roof keeping me in bed for a week. When I called the company to stop any further shipment and to tell them not to charge me for the product they refused. Claiming that the 14 day agreement for the product charge had lapsed. So I am being charged $89.99 for this product. When I spoke to the supervisor Cassie agent # 113869 she stated I should have called before the 14th day. This place is the biggest scam of all!!! Don't get fooled. They will open another website like this. The website contains various electronic items like iphone, HD TV, digital cameras, camcorders, with prices that are too good to be true. You go on the website, shop and they will give you a confirmation code. But you have to pay with Western Union and that is where they get you. Received a letter from "Cheri Hill" at Healthcare Recoveries, Inc. Letter looked like a mass mailing letter and had a fake signature. The letter asked me to call a toll free number and give their customer service department my Blue Cross Blue Shield member ID number. I looked up the company and found out they are really Trover Solutions. I accidentally signed up for this e-platinum card, I called the next day and was told that it was cancelled plus there was a 7 day trial period. On 1/29/10 they took $99.00 from my bank account. I called the number on the copy of the check and had to leave a message, and was told someone would call back. I want the $99.00 put back in my account as I did not authorized these charges.
