i ordered 2 sets of bump its and when the total came up insted of confirming order to submit they charged my credit card and gave an order confirmation number, instead of it being 9.99 plus s&h they charged me 154.00 with a shipping charge of 85.00. My bank reported that this online company placed multiple charges against my credit card, resulting in the blocking of that card for suspicion of fraudulent activity. While I do not recognize the name of this company, nor recall authorizing any charge by them, I certainly did not authorize MULTIPLE charges. I have the same complaint as all the others. They say they will send you a free trial, just pay shipping and handling. Well, you don't get the free trial until after the 14 day cancellation period. Why would you cancel something you never received. I was billed $88.64 on my credit card.
