I made an order from Ontherun.co.uk by the internet on Saturday 03 January, 2009. And by this date April 5th they haven´t deliver anything to me. I purchased two tickets from this agency for Three Days of Rain at the Apollo Theatre. Whilst their website told me the final price of the tickets, what it failed to mention was the actual amount of their commission on the tickets. For selling me two stalls tickets they added a massive £25 to the face value of the two tickets. My company placed an order for stock with Trillogy Ltd. When ordering online the order form clearly stated free delivery. We have to pay in advance by printing off the order form and submitting a cheque with it. After having received the order we have been charged a carriage charge and Trillogy have said it is an error on their website that shows free delivery on the orders. I saw an add on CNN, which is why I thought it was legit, that was about free samples of teeth whitener. I sent away for it and payed the shipping on the item. There was nothing about charges or joining weight loss etc. They charged my bank account $87.00. NO WHERE in any of the information I received said anything about this charge.
