I had two unknown withdrawals debited from my online checking and called the number and they refunded my money, and told me that when they offer promotions which I had taken advantage of a couple months prior, that in the fine print it says they will continue to charge your bank unless you cancel the subscription within 7 days. I ordered the High Blood Pressure Remedy Report for a one off payment of $19.95 but, a monthly subscription was taken from my bank account even though I did not order it. The order process was complicated by what appeared to be the same screen coming up time after time when I clicked the continue button. Customer Service Representative is very rude and argumentative. Call CSR to cancel the 21 days free trial, he tried to give me a discount, and told me my 21 days expired. Advised CSR I just received package about a week ago and was unaware I was being charge of the day shipment was shipped and that it was just the 14th day. I was getting 2 letters on the same day each week. I was supposed to win over one million guaranteed BUT $20 a letter to avoid requests to purchase items (like Publishers Clearing House does) was too expensive.
