I was charged $44.95 out of my checking account for a membership of some kind. I am not aware of what the membership provided because I never recieved any information concerning this membership; not by email or mailed letter, or phone call. I purchased a product of theirs called Opanda IExifPro on Sept. 22 2009 and, as of Oct. 02 2009 I still have not received an activation code for the software. I have an unauthorized charge on my debit card of $79.95 from July 9th, 2009 and I am supposed to get a 50% reimbursement of $40.00 from June 24th, 2009. I cancelled any future shipments in June. I have contacted them by phone and e-mail numerous times and they keep telling me that they have credited my account but I called my bank today and there is still no credit. They also gave my credit information to three Canadian companies who also have started charging my creit card-I have contacted the several times for a refund since August and still have not received anything. I got the free trial products and found they were not worth while so I did not order any more. My bank card was used to acquire trial samples of Dazzle Smile, Jun Pure Cleanse, Dermapril-SP, Resv-Life and Cleanwhites. I authorized the small funds required to obtain a 14-day trial for each item. As I signed up for each of these, I printed out terms & conditions, receipts, etc., so that I would have a paper trail. I called the number in the email and was told that I had to have signed up for this service which charges $14.95 to my phone bill for their service. After disputing that I never signed up for it they said I had called within 72 hours so they could cancel it.
