This service just showed up on our bill one month for 12.95. My phone company, AT&T said that they couldn't do anything about it. I called the customer service number for Voicemailtoday.com (1.866.679.2240) and had the charge credited back. It was a pretty painless process with Voicemailtoday but my complaint is ... how can something like this happen without more verification?
