Really bad customer service. I ordered a LCD TV from them, was in contact with them twice and was told everything was fine. Then on the day it was supposed to be delivered they call and tell me they don't deliver to Pittsburgh... ten days after I ordered. So I wasted a huge amount of time that I could have ordered from another vendor. Sounds fishy. Why wouldn't you just set up your website so you cant order from areas that you don't deliver to. Used the chat first to ascertain that ISK were available, they said yes no problem, immediate delivery. After I ordered got back to the helpdesk to tell them I was online and ready to accept delivery, they said didn't know when delivery would be. WTF? I ordered on line for a trial period this product and before the 30 day trial this company charged my account with $88.95. I called to let them know I was going to return the regular order and they told me to do it on line which I never could do it. when I recived the bottle I returned it and never reimburse my $ 88.95. I purchased an above ground pool on-line and opted to pay an additional $999.99 for their "Premium" package. After I assembled the pool, I found that I was missing several parts for the pump and filter. I called them and they said they would FEDEX them to me. I bought a wifi antenna online at Buy.com in February 2009. In the process of the transaction, I accepted a discount offer of 1o $ for the nex purchase. Since then, I have been charged 12 $ every month by the firm Shopper Discount. I called the 800 phone number to ask for a refund and to cancel this monthly transaction. I agreed to pay $1.97 for an online money software kit, and the ad didn't state anything about a free five day trial. Two weeks later my debit card was charged an additional $89.11. I went back and read the terms and conditions, and found it was on a free trial basis, but it also stated that I had to complete an application before being accepted, which I did not.
