This company took pre-orders and down payments on a motorcycle that doesn't exist. Almost a year later they still haven't got anything to say other than "just another month or so". They won't answer e-mails or return phone calls. As a matter of fact, they shut down their business office. From what I understand, the motorcycles haven't even been produced yet. I purchased items from Sahalie in the past. Recently, my husband, who pays on our credit cards, discovered that the Bank Card, used for Sahalie purchases has been charged a regular monthly fee of $14.95 for the Sahalie Rewards Program, which I have never used. I did not authorized this bank charge and am pursuing reimbursement. I see there are others writing online about their negative experience and that people are lodging this same complaint. I signed up with Transcendent Innovations about 3 weeks ago. I did as was told, completed and offer off one of their third party sites of which went "green" a few days later money is being taken out of my credit card of which i have absolutely no knowledge of and never authorized. Also, of sites and businesses i have never even heard of. This is completely unacceptable I now have to cancel my credit card in fear of what is going to be taken out next or even more possible fraudulent payments. Charged my card twice for a 3 month membership(which I ordered) and also charged me a year suscription.
